One vehicle does not make separate evade rolls for each weapon/crew that attacks. The vehicle makes one evade roll for all the hits suffered in the attack step.On page 27 "Special Attack Rules" states "…When rolling to attack, a player must declare which dice represent attacks made from which weapons, if such special rules apply to those attacks." This clearly states that you roll all attacks on one target together and if there is a weapon with a special rule you need to be able to tell which dice represent those weapons. Then, "Evading A Shooting Attack" states "After the attacker has rolled all of their attack dice for this attack step and calculated the total number of hits the target is suffering, the target may make a single EVADE attempt." It then tells how to make that attempt, then goes on to say "A vehicle may never make more than one evade attempt in a single movement, attack, or wipeout step."The key to that is the "all of their dice for the attack step and calculated the total number of hits…target may make a single evade attempt" and "…never make more than one evade attempt..." all attacks take place at the same time during that Step of the activation. If that isn’t clear enough, in the "Evading Special Attack" section on the same page, they go on to say "…When rolling to evade, always cancel hits that do not trigger special rules first, and then hits that do trigger special rules after the standard hits have all been cancelled." If you evade each weapons attack separately that rule would not be needed. Hope this helps. I really like your videos, keep’em coming!

Well, I had that in nice paragraphs to make it easier to read. Not sure what happened.

Best tutorial series I've found at the moment. Thanks! Definitely helping me learn the game.
That being said, it's a little dry and under-edited. There's room for improvement.

    Can you answer this scenario?
Car A has gone through gate #1 and gate #2 and is in the lead towards gate #3. Car B has gone through gate #1 and weapons are now active. Car B realizes that he can’t catch Car A. Can Car B decide to turn away from gate #2 to engage and shoot at Car A in hopes of killing him before he reaches the finish? Or does Car B have to stay in the “base path”?

can a defense roll of a 6 block one of the hits from an attack roll of 6? or do you have to roll 2 and block both?
basically, if someone hits me with a 6, and I only roll a single 6 to defend, do I still take 1 damage or do I take the full 2?

You are cancelling hits, not cancelling dice. So, if I roll a 6 when attacking, that means 2 hits, and if you roll a 6 to evade, you cancel one hit and receive the remaining hit.
