Hey, just finished watching this video. I am writing this from Kerala. My husband is in BC and we have submitted my spousal PR on December 2022. We received AOR, medical and biometrics are also completed. I was casually checking for some videos and found this one. You have no idea about how full my heart is now after watching this video. I get all these feelings inside me. My heart aches for everyone out there waiting to reunite with their spouses abroad. I know we all are bound to so many emotions that come along. She was supposed to start studying this September intake, but unfortunately IRCC hasn't given her a study permit yet, thus she deferred to the next intake for the same course which is next year. Now my question is, if I apply for SOWP ang got approved, can I come to Canada even if she hasn't started her studies yet?
