Is this a 351 , bored over??? I’m not a mechanic, unfortunately... just know a few things from hanging around fellas that had some bad ass rides in the early 80’s ... thanks in advance
Hi Gillis, it's bored .030" oversize and when combined with the Scat 3.85" stroker crank (351 standard crank stroke is 3.5") it combines for 393 Cubic inches. .040" is probably about the limit in high performance applications, the bores are relatively thin after that point on a production block. what cam are you running
It's a custom Pavtek hydraulic roller. Not sure on the specs but 230's @.050 , .600" lift and 110 lsa would be in the ballpark.👍
190 or 215CC heads?
190CC 2V's via Pavtek. They have a mild cnc port job and are used on their 550hp strokers.
