I had no idea about floral and garden mums. Cute bloopers. Just planted some so I hope they make it, I usually kill them. They are only getting about 4 hours of full sun but plenty of water and seem okay so far. I'm wondering when the cold weather hits, do they need to be covered?

Hi Maria! Most people don't realize there is a difference and just treat them as annuals! If you bought the perennial variety (garden mums), they do not need to be covered throughout the winter. They will go dormant and look dead just as many other perennial plants do, but then in the spring they will begin to come back to life with new growth!

Good information, but hard to follow because the music was so loud. Would be a lot more useful without the distracting music.

Hello! All of the plants in the background are mums, actually! When we created this video, it was early in the season so they were just not in bloom yet. Unlike a lot of other retailers, we don't force our mums to bloom early. We let them bloom naturally, and purchasing mums before they are in bloom actually means you will get to enjoy their blooms for longer. Let us know if we can help clarify anything else!
