Good work guys! I learned a lot watching the episode. Some key lessons I picked up are:
    1. Change does not happen overnight with your arrival; you need to adjust yourself and understand people. If something bothers you to the extent that it needs addressing, then you should address it gradually.
    2. Different types of personalities like Pressure-cookers, and Brown-Noser. We shouldn't snub them but must learn to deal with them wisely.
Loved the quote that Miss Saima shared, "If you cannot positively channelize someone’s negative energy, at least try not to channelize it negatively against them."
    3. If you find a person or situation troubling, approach the individual to discuss it privately, or involve HR or a line manager to get guidance. Don’t compromise your emotional well-being, as it affects your work.
    4. Self-realization is crucial. If you feel like you might be the problem, it’s important to analyze and correct your attitude and behavior. This self-analysis is often challenging and requires time. Understanding your own role in creating negative energy and working on it can help improve your interactions and environment.
    5. Freeze and Unfreeze yourself and your learnings time to time.
    6. Do the love walk, understand why people do what they do.
    7. Not every argument is meant to be won. Not every situation is meant to be confronted. Sometimes you just have to let it go.
Hoping to see more valuable, and intellectual talks! Blessings✨
