I just went through this. Just drill the bolt and use a extractor to pull it out. Second option. Pull your secondary and pull it apart and you will be able to get to the bolt. A lot more work then using and extractor.

Best demonstration I have seen for a Polaris. Other videos don’t show that you re tighten the nut and hold it with the alen to hold the position.
