Part 4 of our 1990 Kawasaki X2 build!!! In this video we button up everything and take it to the lake just to overheated! The jet ski rips before it overheats! We get home and fix our water system and put it in our pool to test it! Everything works so were ready for another voyage!

The exhaust gasket is supposed to cover the water jackets in the manifold/to the B-pipe. You used 5200 and left those water jackets open. They need to be blocked by gasket. Or it wont cool. I read in the comments that you figured out. What was it???!

We weren’t getting enough water flow in general

@@KardogGarage Did you end up using a proper gasket on the head pipe? Where you used 5200... Those jackets need to be blocked off. So the water backfills the head and then out the pipe and pisser. I have 10 of those motors. lol

you need a gasket on that exhaust. and double check your cooling lines. looks like you pisser is blocked off on the side of the exhaust.

The engine was very hot and he was throwing water, :( everything must warp lol
