Unfortunately I have witnessed overheating on the pocket 3 while filming however I found some good tips to prevent the device from choking while recording: Dimming the screen brightness and shooting in slower frame rates/resolutions
The Osbot is a PTZ camera, not a 3 axis stabilization gimbal. To top it off. It does work as a gimbal if you do tracking, which again, is not its intended use. Thats a bad metric to use as a comparison
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Tail Air! It's definitely important to understand the intended use of different camera equipment. To be fair the Tail Air itself has PTZ capabilities which is something that many webcams don't offer.

It’s two different types of camera. This is not a comparison to. OP3 is for portable outdoor camera, Tail Air is an indoor camera for live streaming.

The sensor is to tinny to compete with OP3 in image quality.
Yeah, for the price point being so similar I would’ve like to see a better sensor in place on the Tail Air

My one I returned because it was overheating during a Twitch stream . I go for the OBS bot because it’s a better streamcamera without overheating
When it’s on a pc connected as a stream camera it’s overheating
