Omg girl me too! I quit my job 2 weeks ago and I honestly forgot how hard it is to find another job. I applied to a CVS not even 2 days ago and they keep sending me messages telling me to complete the test after my application like why you can't just get me into an interview and see if I'm good enough to stock! I have so much time on my hands now I was actually working on a video of my own describing how awful it is to find one lol! But the video is amazing I wish you so much luck on finding a job!
If you do find a job though, appreciate it and be grateful. I’m seeing people online influencing others to quit their “9-5” but guess what, in reality… your bills gotta be paid and you gotta eat. My job sucks but I love it at the same time. But you’re cute. If you’re ever in Philly hmu. I’m big on mental health as well and can say that’s a big culprit on why I used to quit jobs all the time. lol
where have you been lately? its been like this for like the past 4 years and its gonna get even worst, the reason a lot of companies are picky is because there is not enough jobs out there for the amount of applicants, not to mentioned the influx of immigrants and also AI is replacing alot of workers and will continue to do so as technology advances, I literlly just got a job as an amazon delivery driver and I had to take 3 tests during training , including a driving test and thy also give you a ride along to make sure you do the job right, and this job is one of the most undesirebles with the most turn over jobs there could possibly be and yet the number of people that went for the interview was around 30, no lie and out of those 30 only about 5 made it for the position, its insane.
@@Anime_Empire_2.0 Ive been here 😄 but I do appreciate you sharing. I do agree with you that jobs now are undesirable and we get what we can get. We humans are gonna get the left over jobs and AI are getting the desirable jobs.
Jobs nowadays are def hard to come by because of the influx of migrants that’s willing to work and fill up these positions… on top of that, the work ethic is there. I live in Philly and the warehouse jobs, restaurants, retail that were easily obtainable are now hardly ever hiring.
