I would take the alien soldiers to the movies, first "Saving private Ryan" and after, a marathon of "Band of Brothers". We would cry together and interchange knives and drink beer.
That sounds about right for humans. We will literally befriend anyone and anything. And before you k ow it we're best friends, laughing and drinking, doing stupid stuff together, but no matter what, till the day we die, we will have your back.
They wouldn't get it with the communication difficulties. But if a garbled picture of something that looks like a yeti scared the hell out of them, take them to a private showing of Godzilla vs Kong. Or maybe Jurassic World. Make them think our bio-engineered super monsters sometimes get loose.🤣🤣
Yilo and Amelie stood at the roof top bar sipping peppermint tea Amelia broke the silence " well soldiers will be soldiers, if they perceive a threat they shoot first then ask questions of the survivors." Yilo nodded " that's true of all species of soldiers." The efforts made for peace were not disrupted as both sides realised that the misunderstanding was just 'boys will be boys.'
Easily summarising this story. Nugu aliens fail at first contact due to an assumption that wasn't verified or assessed, misunderstanding is used repetitively taking up to 30 percent of the story... A story that should be about bridging the communication barriers but had very little focus compared to the misunderstandings. The characters are dull and uninteresting, zero in-depth cultural building of the aliens and humans, it was bland and vague, rather the aliens are similar to humans, what is interesting about it? If you were to go to another country and experienced the diversity of their culture would you portray your experiences like this story did? The title name is clickbait.
This story has a clickbait title that has nothing to do with the actual story! Now post a new video about pretty human females, or have aliens go to a place on Earth where there are a lot of pretty cross-dressing men!
My review Story liked to describe background noise. Story is short, do you have the time to waste on unnecessary descriptions? This is a diplomatic mission yet everything they did lacked diplomacy. Too many descriptions of unnecessary things, lack of depth for the character, too bland and very little to disinguish them from other empty characters like the captain. No backgrounds for these characters for example could there not be a reference to other first contact situations? Or was humanity the first. Why are they the peacekeepers why not explain that, even about their culture, how many other alien species are there, what are their traits, special characteristics, being telepathic doesn't tell you anything, are they able to read other alien minds or each other's the story makes you assume too much this should be clear, are they at Charles Xavier level or just at a basic level where impressions are seen etc... make them more interesting. Human art... Why can't we see them watch a ballet dancer, schnchronized swimming ice skate dancing, how boring was their reaction because it was so vague. How it was described was like going to your favourite singers concert and asked how it was and you say good...what's good?? Also why didn't they communicate that they were coming to speak with them instead they land like an invader, why so lacking in basic understanding Why didn't they examine the information from the satellites they saw around the planet, why didn't they use that as a gauge of what humanity was like, they said solar flare does that mean they couldn't communicate or access anything? No engineers to fix it? So many details left out, why did the diplomat have to go in person to the conflict instead of calling him up did the solar flare busy that too? How can they be so unprepared for such difficulties...

The woman in picture is magnificent super model from another world unbelievable
those Zyon's need better communication skills. Always "Sol-3ian" never Human, or Terran or even Earthlings. How could a being so advanced miss that?
Snobbery

Misleading title 🖕
Sol-3-ians sounds so off lmao who wrote that
The title has nothing to do with the story. Where is the title even brought up throughout the video? Nowhere. Shameful.
