I greatly appreciate how well the CC is. One of the best found so far. Your story telling is great. Have a great team as well. Keep up the amazing work.
The title feels a touch misleading. Blood played very little role in the plot. Edit: people acting like I'm saying the vid is bad. It is not, it's great just to clarify
@GustavoCarreno is right, they have to phrase things specific ways to actually get people interested and clicked. Unfortunately, that also means that a number of their titles don't always accurately portray the stories
I can imagine the alien characters walking around in costumes like those of the old TV and Kaiju characters, like Ultra Man, Spectra Man and Jet Jaguar. Exaggerating unfamiliar human gestures, out of sink with the words delayed by processing through their universal translator.

Is there a particular method to become a writer for Starbound HFY? I'm a nascent writer, and I'm interested in making some stories in the HFY format. It would be great practice, and I'm sure my professors would be pleased if I seek out writing opportunities.
Humans are thought to be extinct. It would be like finding undamaged dinosaur DNA for Jurassic Park. Even Jurassic Park admitted that the DNA they were recovering from mosquitoes preserved in amber was degraded because of millions of years of extinction. With humans only being extinct for a couple thousand years, a preserved sample found in abandoned medical facility would be priceless
@michaellinnet6095 understandable, not the point of my question. If it was DNA they were looking for I'm sure any abandoned facility would have tones of it since we shed so much, skin, hair, saliva, any station or derelict ship Would be teaming with samples and perfectly preserved in the vacuum of space. But why is it so valuable?
I'm quite baffled that every time that I try to announce the free services, that if paid for would cost hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars because I really want to contribute to your efforts with my core skill of programming, my comments never seem to show up :(
Most probably due to filters or blocks or you comment that might get auto-flagged by TH-cam, they have a facebook that you can try to reach out or perhaps wait for few moments for their discord to reach out to them on there

It's truly dreadful on some channels.
I just like how it's built in, and looks like the actual TH-cam CC XD

Unfortunately, what the TH-cam algo dictates, is what the TH-cam algo dictates. Straying away would severely hinder their genre penetration :(
Thank you. I will now not watch this video.
Well the blood does play a reasonable role in it, and could be argued to be one of the main forces driving the plot

Pretty sure most valuable is printer ink
Only HP 😅
The calculation unit would out of memory exception on working printer ink.
Once they learn of it's value compared to human blood
Intergalatic wars will be fought
only for them to learn it is simply overpriced

One thing that doesn't make sense... Human blood CAN be synthesized.
Synthetic blood still requires human hemoglobin.

Ok, why was this trap becon even used? Years of silence would have kept the peace.
There would be no drama 🎭.

Great yarn, thoroughly enjoyed it😁 hope more will follow, and soon
I am reminded of the Vaults in the FallOut.
More like the vaults of Borderlands. A repository of knowledge that would make it's possessor very rich, and very, very powerful.
This Archive sounds a lot like the Library of Alexandria of ancient Egypt.
Can I ask you something? Can you create a story where a human visits an alien planet.
they don't make the stories, they read the stories on the hfy subreddit.
@@Commander_Phoenix They do make stories. They've got a team of writers.
He sounds like Shen from Brink whenever he reads Po's words
Again a cleverly crafted yarn
Wow, intense story. It's crazy that human blood would fetch such a price when you have FTL travel. You would think they could simply replicate it. Lol

Too bad we don't have time to bleed.
Inspired by "Of Wolf and Man" by Metallica, perhaps?

Why tf wouldn't they just clap the guy on sight? They really risked everything for basic equipment?
This one's trash.
Maybe he’s the first reasonable trader they’ve seen in a long time.
Hard to get regular supplies when your supposed to be extinct and being found out would have everyone trying to capture you.
Yep. The Native American dog soldiers hid like that for a long time.
