Really wish people would start giving Dan his credit for his songwriting. It's obviously not like Tom's more allegorical, point the finger to the big guy approach however it still has a place. Dan has more of a down to earth, self reflective tone that emphasizes looking at yourself before judging the world. It's reminiscent to songs like 'Castle In the Air' and 'Follow The Water'. We really get best of both worlds with the Searle brothers
well, i guess before daybreaker it was sam who wrote lyrics, so i guess follow the water was him who wrote it. Yea, I love dan's lyrics just as much as I loved Tom's
This song and Burn Down My House have been on repeat for me every day since the album dropped. I just love hearing the line "Come see the world as it oughta be".
Idk why "hardcore fans" are crying. This album is lit and this song is a masterpiece. Bands should change styles and I think Architects are going in the right direction
Yeah it's way more innovative than the last one. Given FTTWTE did gave some great moments like Demi God, Animals and Dying Is Absolutely Safe - however, it feels more like a "closing a chapter" album for Holy Hell or All Our Gods
All our gods have abandoned us is still gold No album will ever degrade the uniqueness and power of this album.if you want to hear and feel a full craft of Architects listen to all our gods have abandoned us That's where you will hear Sam's full potency and acuteness!
Back again with my 500th comment but Doomscrolling seriously is my best song on the album alongside All The Love In and Born Again Pessimist. This album is a very very very healthy style shift from the metalcore scene into a more alternative, industrial sound - it's simple, innovative and their best skills still shine through so perfectly. I think Ali's bass and Dan's songwriting is the highlight for me
Architects are just a band that has perfected there craft this ear candy is going to be on replay for a long time in my list love you guys hope to see you live one day ✌️🤘
In another 5 years where the average person requires therapy and rehab to detach themselves from there phones as they become more addictive. This song will become huge and be used to fight against tech giants in the biggest revolution since skynet. John connor.
These guys always deliver an there music are complete masterpieces l love all there music an songs an they make music sound right so beautiful I just love these guys
Gosh I love this song, the synths, the upbeat tempo, the breakdown, Sam's vocals, everything it's incredible. Fuckin LOVE this, should be getting some radio play honestly This song is actually so freaking fun, in fact I was just listening to Dan and Sam's interview on the Downbeat Podcast talking about the synthetics on this album: Peter Miles had a hand in developing the synth for the songs.
The style and vibe of this album is just blown me away. I know there is a lot controversy about their new style which I agree on some points and disagree on others but I love the lyrics and chorus. Also this song has an anime opening vibe.
The lead on the hook is incredible. Shame we won't have Josh anymore, folks were so caught up on the metalcore discourse to acknowledge just how much Josh's vision and skill actually leveled up this band.
idc what people say about their new album, it's catchy and fun, and i respect them even more when they explained why they went in an different direction with this record T//S
People will always judge, no matter what they do. We have to understand changes, this is the sound that made Architects open shows to Metallica, that’s just insane
Love the new stuff, I'll always be truthful though and say I prefer the older stuff. Something I know bands hate hearing! Does not mean I don't like the new stuff for one minute though! Love Sam's voice, always love his cleans since first coming across Bring Me The Horizon's The Sadness Will Never End. Sam in that is golden. He always is! I'll always be there to support the lads for sure, even if it means missing trains back to London from Brighton shows or just getting the last ones that are incredibly slow. Keep doing what you're doing Architects. 🖤
Josh Middleton - lead guitar, keyboards Alex "Ali" Dean - bass, keyboards Dan Searle - drums, percussion, keyboards. Jeez, what's up with that many keyboards playing?
is it me or this sounds a little bit like BMTH? even before Fish started with them. Idk what it its. maybe the synths... Maybe the vocal melody like when he says LOSE.
This song guilt-tripped me into massively reducing social media consumption. The only other song to have such an positive influence on me was Ka-ching by Shania Twain!
The most underrated song on the album. Thanks for giving it a little extra attention with a lyric video ☺
👀

If Architects releases a song that starts with "Doom" you know it's gonna be gold
"Doomgold"
True 💪😎
Well there's only two, Doomsday & Doomscrolling. But yes, I agree ha.
hahah true story
Better than the other new singles, but still just way too poppy for me... 😔
Really wish people would start giving Dan his credit for his songwriting. It's obviously not like Tom's more allegorical, point the finger to the big guy approach however it still has a place.

Tear gas is too not bad song
Okay that chorus is ridiculously addicting.
Idk why "hardcore fans" are crying. This album is lit and this song is a masterpiece. Bands should change styles and I think Architects are going in the right direction
The core kids forget that Architects were scenecore
Absolutely fantastic band, one of the best out there these days.
Brilliant song, brilliant album, brilliant band.
Bro architects.... This album slaps it puts ur last one to shame.
Yeah it's way more innovative than the last one. Given FTTWTE did gave some great moments like Demi God, Animals and Dying Is Absolutely Safe - however, it feels more like a "closing a chapter" album for Holy Hell or All Our Gods
Awesome song!!
This is amazing and honestly ngl I low-key want an orchestra version of this lol
All our gods have abandoned us is still gold
No album will ever degrade the uniqueness and power of this album.if you want to hear and feel a full craft of Architects listen to all our gods have abandoned us
That's where you will hear Sam's full potency and acuteness!
Tbh, LT//LF and Holy Hell are better, more complete albums. AOGHAU is great but I always felt like it was missing something
You guys are forgetting Architects dark horse album which is Hollow Crown imo peak Architects.
When the screen flashes starts to sync with the snare i was like dayuuum
Love the leads in the song and Sams voice is mega on point I love that he's experimenting more with his vocals here.
He said that he wants to sing in a natural tone so it's easier to perform live
My most favorite song in the album
Dude this song is fire it is one of my favorite songs good job architects👍👍👍

I was pretty scathing of the singles but I wholeheartedly take back all of my fears about this album, its up at the top of the releases this year
Gosh I love this song, the synths, the upbeat tempo, the breakdown, Sam's vocals, everything it's incredible. Fuckin LOVE this, should be getting some radio play honestly

❤❤❤
This song deserves a music video.
idc what people say about their new album, it's catchy and fun, and i respect them even more when they explained why they went in an different direction with this record
T//S
It honestly is just The Here and Now 2.0. They're making music that's fun, introspective and alternative instead of pushing to be heavier and louder
People will always judge, no matter what they do. We have to understand changes, this is the sound that made Architects open shows to Metallica, that’s just insane
@@lucasmourao751 no fuckin way what.
Edit: architects opened for Metallica??
I love the new album. Honestly wasn’t expecting much, but first play through, I was hooked.
i bought the physical album, sadly comes in the paper thin version, but will blast it in my car!!
Love the new stuff, I'll always be truthful though and say I prefer the older stuff. Something I know bands hate hearing! Does not mean I don't like the new stuff for one minute though! Damn. U need to come to Greenfield festival 2023 🤘❤️
This song ❤️🔥
Now another favorite song in my collection❤ Thx Architects 🤟
I'll be honest, this song touched my soul, the lyrics reminded me of the situation that is lived daily in my place of birth, Latin America
I WANNA IF WE'RE THE BOW OR THE ARROWWWW
Ohhhhh siiii. 😈😈😈 Mi día empezó con el pie derecho

Los Arquitectos nunca decepcionan. Y que decir de los sintes. Uffff. On point.

🤘🏼Architects🤘🏼
"Сила в правде! У кого правда, тот и сильнее!" Если вы не знаете. Храни вас Бог.
is it me or this sounds a little bit like BMTH? even before Fish started with them. Idk what it its. maybe the synths... Maybe the vocal melody like when he says LOSE.
Gpt3 on the lyric credits
Can we get a Holy Hell Album?
First🤣🤣
is it the technology that invites us to keep doomscrolling? or is it us humans simply awfully awful ever since the dawn of time?
both unfortunately
This song guilt-tripped me into massively reducing social media consumption. The only other song to have such an positive influence on me was Ka-ching by Shania Twain!
