Not only is the Vaccinator the best medigun, but apparently Jocab is also the best editor known to man.
I feel as if stock is still much better than vac in quite a few situations, but vac is close as the second best medigun

I hear a lot of TH-camrs saying to nerf the vac (and scorch shot) but have never seen them really used in any game.
Personally I think quick fix is best in casuals, it keeps the momentum of the team the fastest.

Quick fix is typically the "best" for casual since you'll get uber faster than stock, and your typically faster healing rate is pretty much on par with a 10% damage resistance anyway (if not better typically)
the only difference is that you can block crits with it :)
Vac is the worst Medigun. You get rolled in pubs too much. Now, in tangent with another Medic running Stock…we’ve got a different story…

I already used Explosive headshots upgrade but it's so hard to get it and I think you can only get it in Manhattan map and that map got so many robots and you will die so quickly even if you stay far away

this was an absolute blast to watch! as someone who plays a lot of medic myself, i find the vacc a really fun alternative playstyle that has a lot of small things to it that make it really enjoyable, although i don't use it as much as i would like because i feel bad at how overpowering it can be sometimes. awesome video!!!

I am SO glad someone described the vaccinator so well. I will say that Scouts with bleed weapons are also a pain to deal with. they are JUST fast enough to get in and just swing on you. Also snipers with Jarate make you more prone to die.
Enforcer spies melt through the resistance. No one talks about that weapon

‘Tis a damn shame that the current Vaccinator is but a shadow of its former glory. In the past, the Ubercharge effect on the medic did not dissipate when they swapped weapons, meaning you would still have 75% damage resist for 2.5 seconds if you swapped to your primary/melee. This gave you some leverage when defending yourself or engaging in a 1v1 duel. Also, the critical damage immunity use to be active all the time instead of just being tied to the Ubercharge.

Hey man, I used to be a top asian medic player and I remember having vaccinator unbanned and we were the only team that used it. We were doing like super weird combos like brass beast + vaccinator + arrow tanking combo. We had great success with it. Next season it was sadly banned.
