We all feel good when we are productive and make a difference in our life or the lives of others. Try doing things that fulfill your need to be productive and to make you feel proud of yourself and choose a path that leads to a personal goal. One of the reasons we find ourselves attracted to narcissist is because they are so good at making us feel needed, at least in the beginning and when they attempt to Hoover us back. Forget the narcissist and invest in your own self growth and if you find joy in helping others, find people who are humble and gracious and who will appreciate your kindness. There are people who are as kind as you and as giving who find they need real help and some day will reciprocate your kindness back should you find yourself in need. Build a community and a safety net of real authentic and kind people around you. It may help rid you of the loneliness you sometimes feel.

Working out and fitness over 40 is just a matter of listening to your body and reducing the intensity. Don’t think you’re still 25 and can walk off an injury, you can’t. Instead of training at 100% dial it down to 75/80%. It’s better to train consistently at 75% than go at 100% until you injure yourself then not be able to lift for a month. If you are the type that gets too competitive or ego driven at the gym in front of people then work out at home where you don’t feel like you have to show off.

Sometimes I feel sad when I see something sad or something sad happens. Can I tell you something that might help? We all feel good when we are productive and make a difference in our life or the lives of others. Try doing things that fulfill your need to be productive and to make you feel proud of yourself and choose a path that leads to a personal goal. One of the reasons we find ourselves attracted to narcissist is because they are so good at making us feel needed, at least in the beginning and when they attempt to Hoover us back. Forget the narcissist and invest in your own self growth and if you find joy in helping others, find people who are humble and gracious and who will appreciate your kindness. There are people who are as kind as you and as giving who find they need real help and some day will reciprocate your kindness back should you find yourself in need. Build a community and a safety net of real authentic and kind people around you. It may help rid you of the loneliness you sometimes feel.

Working out and fitness over 40 is just a matter of listening to your body and reducing the intensity. Don’t think you’re still 25 and can walk off an injury, you can’t. Instead of training at 100% dial it down to 75/80%. It’s better to train consistently at 75% than go at 100% until you injure yourself then not be able to lift for a month. If you are the type that gets too competitive or ego driven at the gym in front of people then work out at home where you don’t feel like you have to show off.

It's been years since I have been harmed very badly and it was wrong for my new friends to label me along with the doctor trying to read my mind. Then I overcame alot only to get a new career and then get harmed again. Yes there has always been a witness. And they are scarred what they saw and whom they tell. They are all cowards thinking they can withhold the jokes that them and others play on me. I am a mess now due to the pain, physical and mental but no emotion.

It amazes me. Im easy going always kind and forgiving.Yet i sence im being watched and talked about.. Im a 58 year old competitive runner. Just had a 5k race over the weekend. I socialized some, but could see these people for what they are. I had this young lady staring at me with these jackey onassis sunglasses on, seriously very creepy. Since i have been reading my bible praying fasting, and a few other righteous disiplines, my eyes see everything, even the most subtle deceptions. Its like God is allowing this unveiling, so i can see the world for what it really is. Great job with the video, and God bless your commitment to expose the minions of this world.
