There is no place in Italy that's not worth visiting! The most rich in beauty country in the world, everything you want, you got it! I am in love with it! Hugs from Florence (Tuscany) from an adoptive Italian ha,ha! 🤩👌 Stunning video!

It’s totally normal that you have to refill the tank when you give the boat back. They gave you the boat full tank, so you pay for what you have utilized, like renting a car. Completely normal

@@TheQKatie Just found out this awesome channel! Makes me quite nostalgic :)
I come from a small village on the Jonian sea (in provincia di Taranto), had college in Lecce, thus living the Salento everyday for years. I met my next-to-be wife and moved with her abroad some years ago, trying to come back every 2 or 3 months for a weekend. I would love to come back and live there, but someone does not (ehm...) agree :/
State vivendo la vita che avrei sempre voluto vivere... Vi auguro tutto il bene del mondo! :)

Hi Katie. I just returned from a 2 week trip in Italy, and found your channel while googling how to use a bidet. 🤣 My wife and I want to live in Italy. I'm sure it's not all rainbows and butterflies, but watching your morning routine studying Italian and working to assimilate into Italian culture made me a little envious. It's the life my wife and I are dreaming to live. I'm a US citizen, and I work remotely for a US company. I'd like to find a way to just continue working remotely for my company, and living in Italy for a year or two. But I'm having a hard time figuring out which, if any, type of visa/permit that scenario fits into. Do you have any ideas, or could you point me in the direction of any companies that could help me? Unfortunately, I don't have any Italian in my ancestry.

Katie, what seems cheap for a visitor (including me, although I am Italian) looks expensive to most Italians (I ensure you), especially in the south. Hopefully these videos (which I enjoy a lot) will not contribute to price increase (or speculations against foreigners). I often warn friends about variable prices in some places, depending on the accent of customers … hope this will be useful. Wait: 'affastellare' is a beautiful italian word. It is not commonly used by the average guy on an trivial conversation, but you are very welcome to use it when chatting with me. "Beffardo", on the other hand, is absolutely common and you can even use it when chatting with my three yo cousin!

May I misunderstood but seem to me you was a little disappointed about the the boat rental policy, i think is a major fault about italian interaction, is not the price, at least not so expensive is the lack of info. If they were clear from the beginning you knew what expect about the fuel, after all is the same with car... i always ask in advance and always complain asking to be more precise
