    How many sets of dumbbells do you need for the workouts?
    I have the ironmaster and they are a bit slow for this i think

    That’s great you saw progress! However, I’m not sure how much this specific program had to do with it. Most people who haven’t consistently weight trained before will see good initial results regardless of the program they start with. That being said, if you like it and it helps you stay consistent, go for it!

    Been doing this the last 7 weeks very good program I’m not feeling the cast that I enjoyed the cast of lift4 better (although Joel seemed to have crushes on both Devon and Solei. . I feel like the woman Katie in this Lift More program has resting bitch face and she won’t throw a bone to Ingrid the other female cast member and just be nice to her and shoot her a smile or a motivational high five 🖐️
    The guys are in in better spirits in this
