you sir are awesome!!! i never would have given an o2 sensor a 2nd thought to make it misfire.. after using this video as a guideline, i was able to find with my scan tool the misfire cylinders, and when i saw they were 1,3,5. bank against fire wall 2015 caravan, i thoguht maybe a bad head as i already replaced the 2,4,6 front head.. so after i completly reset the codes, fuel trim etc. and it defaulted to factory setting the van ran great no misfires. etc.. then after a short while about 15 min running / driving. came back and check engine code etc. so at that point i was convinced it was not mechanical like the head and had to be fuel being cut off or spark being cut off etc. so i proceeded to replace the upstream o2 sensor and now running perfect. thanks for sharing this video.

Sometimes certain manufactures self diagnoses maybe unreliable (in rare cases) male sure you're on the proper bank at the proper cylinder. Number 3 seems to be on passenger side bank in the middle on this truck. Try pulling all the plugs and inspecting them well while looking abnormalities in oddities with the outliers. Like fouling or damage plug. Try swapping plugs And coils to opposite bank to see if the misfire move. Check valve train...
@jhonGze I understand You now. This only get more complex from here. You'll need to check for powers and ground at cylinder 3 with injector and ignition. You'll have to pull things down so you can test injector circuit. Easiest way without having high tech equipment is using a multi meter and test light. Compare values with a working cylinder. Example, cylinder 1 works. See if with key on engine off you have same voltage or ohm value at same wires.
