My friend got too close to an alligator snapping turtle when he decided to try and remove it from the trail we were walking on. That turtle jumped up over a foot and got two of his fingers, and it did not take his fingers off, but he was bleeding like crazy.
My snapper does the same thing. She's 4 inches and hangs her front arms off the rocks while her back end is on the rocks. She's so chill. Snappers are legit the chillest turtles ever.
