1DsMarkIII socket replacement

The repair of the tripod socket is relatively straight forward.
Canon part number for the socket: CB5-2639-000
Originally the part for the 1DsIII is: CB3-3584-000 but I couldn't source it.
The 4 screw holes in the socket are not threaded, so better pre-thread them with the original screws before assembly.
