  • Collar bone relief exercises: Here’s 4 ways to fix collarbone pain, or acromioclavicular joint pain, quickly with exercises at home, and a few important Do’s & Don’ts. Regardless of if your collar bone soreness comes from an AC joint injury, an old collar bone break, or just your posture and lifestyle, the treatment is the same. (As long as any trauma has healed.) Clavicular pain can come from tight muscles that attach to the clavicle, an inflamed AC joint, or irritated nerves that pass under the Pec Minor (Thoracic Outlet Syndrome). The way you sleep or what you do at gym can make a huge difference, so make sure you watch the Do’s & Don’ts section too!

    Hi, thank you for the video! My current situation is very unique- every time i move my left arm, my collarbone makes a clicking sound and u can actually feel the ligament moving in/on the collarbone. The pain runs all the way from my collarbone to my upperback/shoulderblades. I did an MRI + Xray and it shows that the ligament is inflamed + my collarbones are not identical on both sides (the painful side has less gap and is higher than the other) My doctor only recommended that I stretch a lot and gave me some pain medications which arent helping. I've been having this issue for over a year now and it does not seem to get better... I cannot exercise/go to the gym anymore because it is always painful. Please help. Thank you again!

    Your channel is absolut gold. Thank you so much for the clear instructions and explanations. My collar bone even cracked and feels lighter now! Do you know if it's possible to get pain and inflammation in the armpits due to the issues explained in the video as well?

    • @BodyFixExercises
      @BodyFixExercises  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I wouldn't expect pain in the armpits from collar bone issues. Thoracic outlet syndrome could cause pain there (I have a video on that).
      But if you think they're actually inflamed check with your doctor because there is a lot of important lymph nodes in that area

    • @shronk5157
      @shronk5157 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Okay, thank you for the reply! I already went to the doctor and there was no obvious cause found but the lymph nodes are in fact quite prominent. That's why I was wondering if it could come from muscle pain or something like that. Take care !

    Thank you so much for this. When I wake up I always have to stretch out my collarbone for many years and it would click. So 3 days ago slowly slowly and very suddenly it feels like my solar bone is stuck to a muscle (that's what it feels like) I feel like detaching it. When I lean forward to grab something that's when the pain comes on suddenly and them my arm freezes it's like it gets stuck somewhere and there is pain when that happens. However it's completely fine otherwise I can move it around very well. But I am scared that it may be dislocating. 😢

    what aboutif the pain is coming from the inside of the collar bone? (S.C joint)? i always see vids on the outer side..but never the inside? also i never had trauma..it happened while doing pushups..and got a big spasm in my neck (collar bone right to my ear) its been 4 years..and it still bothers me to this day.. 🥺

    Hi,
    Nice video.. I can notice my one side of collorbone is pushed forward and causing pain around neck and shoulder movements. Request your suggestion whom to approach for treatment. Chriopractic or orthopedic ? How severe it can turn to?

    • @BodyFixExercises
      @BodyFixExercises  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Chiro. (A orthopaedic doctor can only really offer you surgery or medication)

      @@BodyFixExercises Okce we approach chiro, how many sittings it may be required to set that collor bone?

    Oh man, I keep saying this is the year I'm going to the orthodontist, but I'm scared. I just turned 47 2 days ago. What if he says, I'm finished, I'm done, I need to stop? I'm not ready. I first broke my right side collarbone, when I was like 9 or 10 skating. Both sides are pretty prominent, can't do much about that. The right side goes back in, then up, with a horn on top of the shoulder. It is what it is. As I've gotten older I still skate, but not anywhere near the level of jumping off of stuff. And I've gotten more into body weight movements, callisthenics, and weights. I'm finding that my right arm doesn't straighten out all the way. And I'm asymmetrical. Right handed, but my left arm is bigger. I have insurance.... Is this something that maybe a chiropractor could fix. Or, not so much? Also if I show up to a doctor like this, can a doctor strongly suggest that I stop. And by strongly I mean could my insurance be taken away, for going against a doctor's suggestion?..... kinda why I don't want to go. Ohhh... I do quite a bit of dips, yeah.....

  • @grizelda4526
    @grizelda4526 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Are you against dips in general or just while healing an injury?

    • @BodyFixExercises
      @BodyFixExercises  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Dips are fine, but they put a lot of pressure on the AC joint so you have to be careful with them.

  • @SibylleLeon
    @SibylleLeon 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    I do *not* have collarbone or AC joint pain, but when I did the exercises, I noticed that the muscles are sore as heck! Good thing I'm catching this now, thank you.
    If I may make a request: Would you consider making a video about activating glutes when they're kinda "dormant" from waaaaay too much sitting? I feel that whatever I do, I end up mostly working my hamstrings...

    Could the SC joint be the cause of the problem as well, I recently noticed that the bump on my right SC is much larger than left. I've had traumas in the past, and I have been having right shoulder issues for the last 10 years or so, especially during overhead activities.

      It's pretty common. Sometimes it's due to scoliosis too
