34:25 Where was the jump into mythological territory? I saw just a single dialogue reference to it - when Bheem says to Sita that "Sita shouldn't go searching for Ram, Ram should come to Sita" - if you thought that's heavy mythology, I'm sorry for you. And no, Ram's get up towards the end is NOT Lord Ram - Alluri Sitarama Raju lived the later part of his life in saffron and bow and arrow. It's mostly the Hindi audience's lack of knowledge of the freedom fighter that made them think it was Lord Ram and that's excusable. But Sucharita thinking the same being a (or wanting to be) well known critic isn't excusable.
Even her hate for her own religion such a deep rooted sense of hate caused to ultra woekism ( worst agenda cult in the world) is highly awful
You are as big an idiot as Sucharita to blame it on all Hindi-speaking audiences. I loved the mythological part and dude, read the song lyrics which play during the last forest fight. It clearly states "Ram of Raghu clan" which is awesome for me. Do not keep blind hatred, do not be another sucharita.

The problem with Indian commentary is that commentators live in their own bubble. Alluri Seetaram Raju wore saffron clothes during his days of struggle against British. Rajamouli took that fact and gave a reason for it in the movie. That's pure cinematic genius like Tarantino does in his movies.
As soon as Ramayana and Mahabharata enters into the debate, it is branded as Hindutva. Everything Hindu is bad in this nation for some reason.

Common man's choice are the final verdict....They love movies like RRR, KGF etc., not Badhai Do or Gehraiyan....If bollywood dont realize that and dont change according to the masses it will still be in garbage in future too🙆♂️🤷♂️🙇♂️🙏..
And RRR Kgf have more subtext and visual story tellings than any So called elite movies with engaging screen play.
@sucharita Tyagi are u aware of Alluri Sita Rama Raju if not u can google n take a look, Charan plays his character in the film. Many non-telugus aren't getting this. RRR didn't turn towards mythology or something. SSR just elevated characters with Ramam Raghavam song. Charan's look is not about lord Ram it's about Alluri Sita Rama Raju who fought British in saffron attire . Alia Bhatt plays Sita wife of Raju again a real life character. NTR plays Komuram Bheem a revolutionary from Telangana .
She is not aware of it and she won't google it either. Sucharita is what happens when Burhan Wani and Barkha Dutt have an illegitimate child who is adopted by Parvez Musharraf but abandoned later because it turns out to be too ugly.

Didn't expect to like 'The Batman' (being a till-the-end-of-time advocate of the Nolan trilogy) going in, but boy was I invested in it! Rob Pattinson was absolutely brilliant as the caped vigilante. And the detective aspect was very well showcased by Matt Reeves and the screenwriters.
It would be great to hear more reviews from Suchin
I am surprised that there was not a single mention of one of the most important film of the year released in March called "JHUND". Even Sucharita didn't review it back then. Don't know why!! 🙁

I think Suchit’s choice is something that the other critics have to give more attention to. He seems to have a knack of understanding what the Indian audience want to see in theatres and on OTT. He’s not trying to be smart with his review or trying to be “deep” about his process of reviewing the movie but rather keep it simple about what makes you feel something. While I disagree with his take on “Geherayiaan” or whatever that boat movie’s name is, but otherwise him appreciating KGF for the experience, his appreciation of I love thane for the simplicity of the love story is something I as a normal movie watcher can resonate with.

Of all the great malayalam films released this year only Hridayam? And not a single Tamil film? Given the current climate it would be 9/10 South Indian films and 1 honourable hindi film. The list is quite the opposite. I hope there is a part 2 that goes further.

Also rrr, top gun, pathaan, mission impossible series, bahubali are all over the top mass entertainer, but that doesn't mean you will enjoy all of them.. Is that too difficult to understand ? I didn't like RRR, with realizing that it has good filmmaking in parts, which even Sucharita said in her review.

Hindi speaking folks really need to come out in droves to watch hindi movies . They have an 80 crore market . Telugus are 7% of India's population and avatar's telugu states share in India is 25% . Vastly outperforming and it is gonna eat into northern markets soon. Bollywood needs to maximize their markets

West bengal population is 12 cr + but movies can't collect 50 crs there, while telugu states population is 10cr, but RRR collected 450cr gross collection only from two states...
If non South markets perform well, our Indian Market would be easily 600 million dollar Market

How come all 4 of you forget about Vijay Raaj’s performance in Gangubai.
This is what happens when you dont have a basic understanding about the backdrop of the movie but still gives the review anyway.
Through out his struggle against the Britishers, Alluri sita rama raju actually donned that avatar and he was perceived as a God incarnate by the tribals.
Rajamouli tried to showcase that transformation and it is not his fault if you think he was pampering to the Hindutva.
Should rather do some research prior to criticizing everything that is in saffron.

Guys, you lost me at Sharmaji Namkeen. I really wanted to like it but it just didn’t work for me as a movie. Totally threw me out of the movie, seeing these two highly different people playing the same character.
Why push down RRR just because they depicted Rama.. every director has an ideological orientation.. let's embrace it.. I wouldn't want one bit changed in any movie just because of its political orientation.. be it RRR, Haider, Shahid, Mulk, Asuran, Jai Bhim, Kantara, or any other movie..
No it's not depiction of lord rama. It's about alluri Sita Rama Raju. A freedom fighter who used to wear saffron clothes to fight Britishers.

@@naveengokarla9518 She didn't say it was harmful. She said it took her out of the movie. Watch her review of Kantara where she is literally singing praises for how it ties in mythology into its storyline and magical realism. It's not harmful. That aspect of RRR didn't work for her. That's it.
@Sameer kashyap True that they can have their opinions but they also should know that the dressing style,beard and names in RRR were also not mythical or forcefully integrated and just enhanced for the effect. They were accurate and shouldn't have criticised for that.

I didn't like it at all. Couldn't watch the second half as we felt like the torture was repeating. Also, I have watched too many time travel movies, so this didn't feel that great. But, we can agree to disagree;)
I am glad someone called out KGF didn't make sense. The actor has great swag and all but the plot and especially editing made it worse.
