I have been watching youtubes from Doctors who are KETO and Intermediate fasting thats looking into studies that show carb foods when eaten after you eat your proteins and fats that the carbs have a diffrent result of not spiking your insulin but eating carbs first insulin spikes wildly.

Fasting and decreasing body weight and getting rid of visceral fat will control your glucose levels . . Personally, I think lowering your carbs to lower glucose levels until you have control of it, so it don't cause more inflammation and nerve damage than to introduce more carbs

I can verify vegetables soup 1carrot,1tomato and 1 onion (take out the seeds) (chop the top and bottom of carrot peel the middle )and one cooked but peeled potato will give you strength
You can peel the potatoes and peel the carrot(s) small potatoes have regrown from potato peels and even a plant grew from carrot peels
Chop the vegetables in small pieces add 1 glass of water then boil for ten minutes the soup will taste nice
You can add the vegetables to your normal lunch
I take fruit first thing in morning then breakfast as normal(for me tea with milk and toast) and 1cup of milk for calcium and protein for everyone if lactose intolerant there is lactose free milk
Even turnip juice tasted sweet chop top and bottom of turnip peel the middle I chopped it and added to 3 cups of water with lots of vegetables if I am making for family I add red pepper and different kinds of onions and I boiled for 20 minutes

Your are doing great. But Don peel carrots to get maximum fibre. Don't peel potatoes to get maximum magnesium. Most importantly, don't consume animal products including milk. Galactase in milk takes out more calcium from your bones than it gives you. Saturated fats will lead you to diabetes. Take care.

I went to school and they taught me the difference between the incomplete carbohydrates complete carbohydrates most schooling does it's just a diet fad people and the Richie Rich people that say do this and you'll lose weight that try to say that they're all the same and I look at you if a little bit of suspicion for trying to say that everyone doesn't know this especially since both do turn into sugar if you have diabetes complex carbs will still mess with your blood sugar

Um she’s is working out….. she is actually burning those calories from sugars which leads insulin to not store fat.. this will not work for people who live stationary life styles which is the majority…..

He does not even specifies what and how the meals are prepared.
Non-starchy vegetables and fruit in moderation as well as fish and turkey cut my weight rapidly, my sugar levels are great and I walk around the block.
If I eat carbs, my ac1 and sugar levels go up.

Then you’re not really low-carbing. I’m not accusing you of dishonesty, but somewhere you are still consuming something you believe is low carb, that’s high carb.
