Hello, Faye, I bought the legacy edition of the BSA Gold Star 650, it had only covered 14 miles when I bought it, I paid £1,000 less than the cost of a brand new one. It is a great machine to ride and I always get approving nods, waves and comments from the general public. I think you would love owning a BSA Gold Star 650, good luck.
Yes i loved riding the goldstar it was a very pleasant surprise and at the moment that's a front runner for a shared bike for us both 😀
Faye your pictures are amazing you have a very good eye for drawing and painting, keep at it I’m sure you could earn some money from this great skill you have got.
Aww thankyou Nigel 😊
Good luck with the job hunting Faye and I hope you haven't had to sign on at the job centre. I was made redundant from an engineering job as a turner in 2016 and when I went to the job centre to sign on I was made to feel like some sort of no use parasite. They only gave me £16 per week to live on so after a few months searching daily for jobs I ended up telling them to stick it in the area where the sun don't shine. I spent a chunk of my redundancy and some savings to get my class 2 hgv license and did agency driving work until I decided to retire this May at the age of 70. Truck driving was something I had fancied doing for a long time so it was a bit of fun for me as well as a tick on my bucket list. I am sure something will turn up for you soon especially with your talents. By the way, your drawing of Cal Crutchlow is amazing. Good luck for the future Faye and keep on with your positive attitude. Ps, going to fix a small problem on my Suzuki GSX650F tomorrow and hopefully go for a rideout on Monday regardless of the weather.
No, I haven't signed on yet but I might need to, after all I have worked all off life,
Thanks for your support, I do have a Cal Crutchlow in his wets print available 😀
Awesome artwork Faye.
Aww thank you 😊
Weather looks great, concentrate on the sun and blue sky, you're in your summer, so make the most
I certainly will thanks 😊
You are so talented.
Aww thankyou Mike 😀
Love seeing you're positivity Faye. Whith you're experience in teaching I'm sure something will come along for you. Hang in there sweetheart. X. Lovin the new art work...
Thanks Frank 😊you lift my spirits x
That bike looks great. Love the drawings. Keep smiling 👍
Thanks , I always have a smile on bikes 🏍 😀
The BSA was at yours for so long and you waited till it went back before doing a longer ride on it..., what a pity.
Must say i'm made up that you like it, yet another with positive thoughts on it. Still not available over here.
Good to see you still as your bubbly happy self, do you never get mad, with anything? No, don't answer that..., i'll ask Shaun😂!
Loved all those fantastic pictures you showed to finish off here, some of which I recognise..., especially the fab one of the boats at the Lock.
Have a good Sunday, and a successful week. It'll be raining with temps of around 18° here... ALL week😟!! so i'll not be doing much, just hanging on in, waiting for better days and dreaming of motorbikes and travels later this year.
Yeah I have wanted to get out but the weather hasn't helped.
Hahha I do try and stay positive thw bike always helps.
You, have a great Sunday 👍 😊
Lovely all the best 👍 Picasso not got a look in
Hahha 😊 I don't realy do abstract 😅 thanks for your support
Wow like the artwork 🧑🎨
Thank you so much 😊
Morning Faye you are so talented your drawings and paintings are excellent take care
Thank you so much 😊
What an amazing Tallent you have , really enjoy watching Tins on tour & your Bikes and brushes, hope to see you both at the ABR end of the month all the best from Reds in Cornwall😍
Thanks for your support, I love Cornwall ❤️
We'd love to have you as a member of the BSA Goldstar fraternity, heaven knows, we could with a few women about to keep the guys in order. PS I'm 5' 4" with short legs and have no issues with this bike.
Haha i dream of being 5ft 4" ... but really loved the BSA ... a lot
Thanks
Aww thank you so much 😀
Love your positive attitude. I would enjoy a new Indian Challenger, but it would delay my retirement by years. I will suffer and retire on time or early. Wish you luck with your interviews. Take care of your other half and yourself.
😊 thanks, yeah the Indian would break the bank 😆. Me and Shaun have each other back ❤
You can approach an art gallery to ask if they will show your art , you would need to do a submission, best to find out all about the gallery ie who funds it, what’s it’s history prepare something to show you want to help the community with your etc. Read up on the internet what you should do approaching an art gallery. You will have to be enthusiastic when you speak to them and have a bit of confidence, so do your homework, take notes , they won’t mind if you refer to them as it will show keenness and that you’ve prepared. Well it’s just a thought to try and help you😊
Good idea 😊thanks
The Triumph Speedmaster I've put a deposit on was behind you as you were looking at the Indian motorcycles
Yeah, I looked at them very nice, enjoy the new bike 🏍
Brilliant. It’s great to get a review without the tech data. Ie what it’s like to ride, how it makes you feel. Far more important than bhp torque and displacement.
With your talent you wont be out of work long. And Shaun will be back soon and you be in Europe.
It’s nice to see BSA getting some more positive reviews because when I saw one at NEC 2 yrs ago the stand was empty and I thought the bike was poor in the flesh
Arrrr that's great thank 😊 I did wonder if I needed to read up on the bikes 😆 🤣 glad I don't need to . Thanks for your support and kindness
another great vid faye
Mmm, nice ride back with the BSA. I like these, but when I sat on one, year n half a go. (Not a this years Scottish M/C show…😢) I just felt it was a bit heavy and was tippy tip toes.
Would probably need seat in at the specialist, that did my Rebel seat.😂
Looking at an Arrow Exhaust, as it’s low n straight, so won’t get in way of my Honda Saddlebags, and the badge, will blend in, with the Titanium colour wheels😊
Best wishes wishes, to ya both. 😊
Hi 👋 the BSA is a totally different ride ro the rebel 😎 yeah the seats are very different. I guess that's the fun about riding different bikes 🏍 you get different characteristics 👍
I'm really sorry to hear that you've lost your job. 😮
Yes was a total surprise out the blue
@@bikesandbrushesOK. I hope that you find something very soon. ❤
👍lovely bike .. hopefully they give it back to you after the festival.. it suits you Faye 😊
That would be brilliant 😊 thanks
Great vid faye, nice and relaxing to watch helps one chill out...ps ...love your art work amazing😊👍👍👍
Thank you for your support 😊
You are a very talented artist....john
Aww thank you John 😊
Positivity is the key! Something good will come!
I love the Idian! It's such a nice-looking bike! That would also be my bike of choice if I had money.
Have you thought about selling your painting/drawing to your subscribers? Kinda like Tee Spring, but instead of t- shirts, you sell art? Or your art prints on t- shirts...
I am sorry to hear about Shaun's finger. Hopefully, it will get better soon
Take care!
Hi, thanks for the support 😊 yeah that's a good idea putting my designs on t-shirts 😊
Lovely vid Faye. I do love a good technical review of a bike 😉😁. Seriously, the BSA looks lovely…glad you liked it. Have a great weekend.
Hahhaha, I don't do technical unless it's drawing 😂. Yeahbthe BSA is spot on 😊. Have a great weekend also
Cheers faye
Faye . U should be proud of your self excellent painting xx
Aww thankyou Richard 😀
PEOPLE, PLEASE NOTICE THE PAINTINGS AT THE END OF THIS VIDEO.....
Faye sells her Artwork and I assure you, they look fantastic hung in a suitable frame on my wall, so why not on yours as well?
Your so kind thank-you 😊
I wonder if any bike manufacturers would be interested in your artwork, Faye. 🤔
Yeah, wouldn't that be great 😊 I will keep going and see what happens 🤞
The BSA is a really nice bike. The new Bill Smiths showroom looks really good, deffo have an Indian if I had unlimited funds😂 that drawing is looking superb. I am sure things will sort themselves out soon. Cheers 🥂
Thanks for the positive vibe 😊 I do like this showroom, especially when I can take a bike to ride 😀
My son will have to take his new BSA Goldstar 650 back as he is having problems with his gear box. Gear changes not engaging when shifting up. I heard you say that gear changing was smooth so definitely something wrong with his new bike. Hoping you find a job you like soon and Sean's finger heals quickly.
Thank you so much , yeah the gear change was so smooth and easy 😎
