3.3k here and rapidly climbing the last few days because of all your amazing content. I just want to point out again how important it is to actually communicate in your pubs if your MMR is in my range! After watching so much content on how to improve and how a game should actually be played macro wise I started noticing how uncoordinated some games are. I think some players are in Legend - Ancient because they maybe have high mechanical skill or have other traits that brought them so far, but I feel like they lack general macro and often can't coordinate to take advantage of leads. Try to build your understanding of what the best play is at any time and make that call in voice chat if you're confident. Voice chat works wonders. In most of my games I'm the only one talking and people actually listen to your calls after they work 1-2 times. Congratulate them for good plays, calm them down after you all fuck up. In the last few days I have started actively communicating exactly what you said towards the end of the video (Don't rush high ground even with Aegis) and I explained to them that we can just starve them in their base, farm the whole map, set up good vision and pick off anyone that tries to leave their base. It works because it just makes sense and everybody loves farming lmao. It already won me 3 games so far just by communicating this knowledge. Thank you for this amazing video!
Great guide. I have respect for someone high leveled dhowcasing when and how he makes mistakes in the guide, in sted of just showing s perfect game or a perfect stomp. Great work on this.
Thanks for video. Highground ruining happens a lot. Enemy split pushes, you just cant end game, team feeds solo kills and its over. Extra tip: dismemble your vanguard for earlier tarasq timing.
you can go high ground if you haave siege hero and they dont have any high ground defender. Then I think it good to go high ground, so you dont give enemy a chance to come back
"stop going highround" ----> My entire team min 19 that want to take t3 cause we make teamwipe while enemy team respawn in 20 seconds and i get reported cause i say to them to not force it and instead wait for second rosh and push waves.
I don't understand why having early pressure and going 40/10 can't win you the game. If a team can't go highground before minute 40 then all the early game until that point didn't matter. The state of the game is laughable right now and encourages people to play supports that can turn into hc by minute 60 as seen in TI.
Feel free to add me on discord, you will get all the info there. My discord name: 5updota You will get an answer on discord tomorrow so don't wonder :D
slardar is useless if you dont know his kit well its surprisingly tricky to get 100%/know the hero fully. Also you have to know how to farm better than you probably do at that mmr. If you load into a game without knowing his skills 100%, buy the MoM from your hero guide and start running at people you will be rekt. Bristle you kind of have to know his timings and item strengths. Honesty chaos knight right now because he's broken and simple along with centaur.
You know the game is already over for the dire when you have treant + furion on the same team. So pesky and annoying heroes to play against. If they keep harassing you and you dont have the mentality, it's over. Especially on low bracket when the furion is support and he places ward behind tower and keep sniping your team courier and your support don't know how to respond to that 😂
This video feels more like a Centaur guide rather than an offlane guide. You express the powerspikes of centaur, when to play passive and when to play aggressive, what items to buy etc. But you don't really explain the gameplay choices (which are universal among ALL offlane heroes, not just centaur) For example : at 2:50 why did you decide to drag the enemy wave into the pull that treant made instead of holding the wave static outside of your tower? While it may be intuition to you that farming the waves + neutral is more beneficial as PL and lich cannot contest that move, it is not common knowledge to most of your viewers. So please explain those decisions too, not just the powerspikes of centaur.
The idea with these videos is just like a chill and nice time with me and my perspective of the position and hero that I'm playing :D It's not like I'm saying this is a godlike offlane guide or something. I just wanna give people some ideas and answers to the questionable plays that happen in pubs a lot.
Sorry for the negative feedback, but I think most of your other video are much better. Not sure what is the difference in this one. But it feels like you basically gave 2 points in 20 min. While the points are good and some of your explanation of the landing phase are ok, other than that it's a bit lacking.
The difference is just that it's a non main role for me and I'm just playing offlane when I need to :D but I still wanna give you guys the perspective of a position 4/2 player U know? I probably have a different type of understanding, because I felt like there are a lot more points that might help you out. But if you think only 2 points are good then it's fine people have different opinions:D And thx for Feedback
idk what the point of this video being this long is. i'm going to sum this up so people don't have to spend 21 mins watching this: laning phase: get ring and then proceed to spam double edge. avoid spamming before ring because you lose hp unless you have a healing support like treant. after laning: if your lane went well, you should have blink by 10-12 mins. then you run around with your supports and win the game. you get way more gold by doing this compared to hitting creeps. avoid overextending. play safe. don't throw away your lead. this video could've and should've been 30 seconds long at most.
All good ^^ I have a smurf but that one is like 9,2k and my main is like 9,7 at the moment so there is no difference :D And the cosmetics are just not there because I'm not a offlane Enjoyer or player ^^ but I can play it if it's needed
I feel like this is just a centaur guide, not a general offlane perspective.
I would say it's generelly
Still learned a lot from the video, the high ground push thing is so important I think
You feel like that because you are bad at watching. Hope you improve
I want you to know that your hard work, dedication, and passion for coaching are truly appreciated.

thoughts on disassembling vanguard for heart? curious why you didn't do it this game. does vanguard have significant value against pl?
Because I was thinking about crimson and Shiva's at some point even before the hearth ^^ but at the end I decided to not go for the crimson :D

Thank you for these videos. Will play this hero more often as pos 3. Based on your knowledge of the current meta, what heroes would you recommend for
Dawn breaker, centaur, slardar (vs Mele pos1 heroes) and if you play him bristle back
