@@AurelianoShowsTheWorld Hey man, appreciate it. I wanted to note, that people don't understand the power of hero-spamming, even for playing roles that aren't supposed to: you get to learn the hero from every aspect of it. The point you made about not following guides, and creating yours (after some experience, of course, with the hero), is big: it means that you know the strengths and weaknesses of him, and you can ADAPT your playstyle, accordingly. Also, the other point about limiting your choices to 4 heroes: BIG. Thankful for TH-cam for sending me here. One of the best offlane videos (and general Dota help) I’ve seen. I really like your outlook on the game, and while I try to keep this in mind during games, I often find myself easily tilted and losing the mental game. Any general tips to not get too worked up by things in game? I find it very hard coming back from a bad mental spot because a few small details or players got to me (even if I drew lane or am not in the worst spot NW wise). Thanks for the video!
Thank you for your words, man! Hope this video will help you reach new heights! About the mental strength. Athletes in common sports like swimming or boxing try to get strong not only physically but emotionally too. It's very important and without mental strength you'll be losing games that you should've won. You need to train this mental muscle. How to do that - I don't know. Personally I'm a very chill person and I always try not to be rushed, and to look at things not from my own tunnel-vision eyes, but from the above perspective. If you play a lot - I suggest to play less. Just try to look at the situations that tilt you from the outside perspective and be smarter. But yeah, I'm not an expert in this topic, I just have it in me naturally. Maybe try to search some youtube videos?
Love this guide. I have 350 hrs in dota2 and started with Nemestice and Aghanim's labyrinth mode. I main Primal, Tide, Tiny offlane, Zeus mid. I tend to go jungle too fast and get underleveled even though it feels like I'm farming (for example @ 10 min.)
