    Great video! Can you please do a video on how to attack the basket against tight defense? When i get pressed beyond the three line i get very nervous and try to pass immediately. Can you please do a video about this?

    I have a question: If it is possible to catch the ball with the off hand, doesn’t that mean the shot is not straight?

    Thanks for this I've been needing to train my skill but the court by my house is not the correct rim height so I make good shots their but terrible shots on the court

    Is it wise to practice shooting on a goal that’s like a few inches below 10 foot or would that throw off my shot in real games!?

      It's definitely not ideal but honestly the most important aspect of shooting is actually the technique and form. Once you have that perfected the height of the rim or whether it's double or single rim hardly matters.
      I actually think there could be some benefit to it when your starting out and trying to make sure you have perfect form without needing to force or push the ball, however ofcourse once your form and strength is good and your comfortable imho it's much smarter to shoot on a regular 10 ft rim.

    all i did was try to shoot it at an upper corner of a room and if it perfectly goes in it counts as score

      Honestly that's gonna be hard but you could still simulate jump shots and work on conditioning and your vertical

      Honestly, unless you're a young player developing his shot a shorter rim isn't going to be very helpful. At the same time, in this video you can do everything with no hoop at all!

      AZN_Van 23 just keep shooting man don’t confuse yourself with different variations of training there are a lot of methods that work but getting reps being consistent and confident will go a long way

      Get over it u can never hoop in front of a coach and a crowd of u can’t hoop in front of scrubs at the gym and not getting scared plus u have a gym take advantage of it
