Ogni arma ha un attacco base: quello è il numero utilizzato per decidere quanto danno farà ogni tuo attacco. In più, ogni arma ha attacchi differenti, e ogni attacco ha un "motion value" attaccato a esso: questo motion value calcola quanto è il vero attacco: ad esempio, l'attacco dell'arma è 200; il motion value di un attacco dell'arma è 14 (cioè 14% dell attacco dell'arma è trasformato in danno); quindi adesso per trovare quanto danno fa l'arma facciamo 200x0,14 e otteniamo 28, che è il vero danno di quel specifico attacco. Ora, con attacco elementale, è tutta un altra storia. Prima di tutto, il danno elementale di un arma è quello che ti è fatto vedere, ed è quello il danno che stai infliggendo con un attacco elementale. Per esempio, se hai un arma con 36 fuoco, ogni attacco che infliggi farà 36 di danno fuoco con ogni attacco, indipendentemente dal motion value dell'attacco. Quindi adesso, dovrebbe essere chiaro il motivo per il quale lui ha scelto quest'arma: con le doppie lame, i quali attacchi hanno tutti motion value bassi ma che sono veloci ad attaccare, fare danno elementale è migliore che ogni altra opzione, data la quantità di attacchi che fai e quindi di danno elementale che puoi infliggere. Ora, se invece scegli un arma come lo spadone, l'attacco è più importante dell'elemento, dato che i tuoi attacchi sono lenti, quindi pochi danni elementali inflitti, ma che hanno motion value altissimi; di conseguenza, l'attacco dell'arma è più importante del suo elemento. But, so, can you cut a Rajang's tail?Infos says that if you cut it off, he can't transform anymore (He's a Sayan!), but I'm wondering if just hitting it cancels the transformation, or if you can completely rip it off.

I actually don't know if breaking the tail does anything to the transformation, but you can only break it once it's enraged (So Super Saiyan form). Also, you can only break it once. There's not really a point in breaking it since you get Rajang Tails in regular rewards anyway.
The Law I know that if you break a normal Rajang's tail, it kicks it out of rage mode and I don't think it can go back. Happened to me once in all my time playing 4U and Gen. Broke the tail just before it started limping and it never enraged again.

Yup, it increases the duration of the heavy polish effect by 50%. Another nice bonus is that it extends the duration of Hunter Drink, Mega Dash Juice and Might Seed

Ehsan Hussain Blood wind III is kinda iffy in my opinion. Even though it may seem like the best option because it's the highest level of that hunting art, they only difference of the 3 levels is amount of times you spin, at least that's what I've researched so you're still outputting the same amount of damage. Sometimes when using blood wind III you can just waste the whole thing because your spinning too much and completely miss the monster. So sometimes blood wind I is the better option. It may be in your best favour to use the first level on a monster that moves around a lot like rajang because there's a less chance of wasting a good hunter art. But at the end of the day it is still your opinion and you can do whatever you want.

Terzo, proverò a risponderti alla domanda: per cominciare, bisogna capire come il danno funziona. Ogni arma ha un attacco base: quello è il numero utilizzato per decidere quanto danno farà ogni tuo attacco. In più, ogni arma ha attacchi differenti, e ogni attacco ha un "motion value" attaccato a esso: questo motion value calcola quanto è il vero attacco: ad esempio, l'attacco dell'arma è 200; il motion value di un attacco dell'arma è 14 (cioè 14% dell attacco dell'arma è trasformato in danno); quindi adesso per trovare quanto danno fa l'arma facciamo 200x0,14 e otteniamo 28, che è il vero danno di quel specifico attacco.
