Hey Canta, that charm you have, I know you farmed for it, but is it possible to get a Thunder Attack +15, Expert +5, Triple Slot charm? I know the RNG for that is insane, but I just want to know if they values are possible.
nah, it's just fairly resistant to raw damage and the weakspots aren't easy to hit consistently. If you use a weapon with high elemental damage output or one that can reach the weakspot consistently, it goes down just as fast as most other monsters.
General question regarding MH4U and MHGen... which has more playtime in terms of long run? I've gotten practically the highest tiers of weapons and armours in MH4U, but that's because of GRank and Guild Quests... but Gen, I'm not sure if it has the same amount of content and playtime... HELP, PLZ.
Sammy Hanuka Fun, sure... but I'm all about that getting the best of the best weps/armors. Will this be faster to achieve in MHGen, compared to MH4U? I have other competitive games for player development and for fun. But I love the Monster Hunter series for the sake of character development.
It is much easier to achieve the "best equipment" because there is no longer the relic system. In terms of characters, the game is actually pretty rich - even though the story and development is pretty non existent
You know, there is a guy who defeated a Rushty Kushala whit 5% Life, and no damage. Also the Deviljho is just highrank, and she uses a Weapon what is still Highrank, granted, but just slightly under G-Rank. You actually need too unlock G-Rank too make it.
I found that is the "Special attack" button on the top right corner of the lower screen when DB are unsheated if you wish to use it directly. Otherwise, Y after first spinning attack with B. Hope it helps.

+13 is the highest you can get on thunder atk afaik

Emman Pascual MHGen has a lot more content and much better weapon balancing.
MHGen has less actual content but is extremely fun and a no-brainer if you like the series

they do, but there's a cap so it's almost never worth it to get both skills. I'm only doing it because I couldn't fit any better skill in.
