The army have their own code of conduct and requirements which are not suited for the ordinary citizen. Nigerians must know the difference between military and civil investigations. If the discharged soldier feels that he wants to take the military to court now that she is no longer in the army she can do that. This matter should be given the attention the public is seeking. The army does not get involved in civil matters of that nature any where. The institution should be allowed to carry out its duty and functions with interference from the civil society organization or any organization outside the military. The discharge soldier can seek remedy as she deems necessary but she is not likely to be back in the army. With her medical record no court will ever recommend that she should be reinstated.
