I put the photos in a file, send them a certified letter, Notice of Intent To Sue for violations of the TCPA. I give them 10 days to contact me via email to amicable resolve the violations, I include a copy of the lawsuit, pictures of the phone calls and texts. if I do not hear from them by the close of the business on the 10th day, I sue them on day 11 in federal court. So far, they have settled prior to being sued.
You seem to be pretty knowledgeable so I wanted to ask what the process is of making the intent to sue letter and how would one start the actual lawsuit process?

Good strategy, but some of those scammers just go on to sell email, etc. The less information to give them the better! If it does seem to be coming from a legitimate U.S. Company, send a registered 'cease and desist' letter to their headquarters.

All that crap doesn't work. I've added my phone number to the registry. Do not call list. I have asked them to put me on the do-not call list. When I answer the phone they keep calling 10 to 15 calls a day. None of that suggestion has worked for me

Perhaps what's neeced is repeat class action suits. For example, Comcast was sued back in 2009 and it looks like they're back up to the old tricks again.

What if it's a fradulent debt collector? I've had SO MANY of those. I don't owe anyone anything and debt collectors constantly call. Never have received any letters, but my cell always rings with debt collector companies.😡

I did this years ago back before it was cool. And sued Sallie Mae for harassing phone calls. I got an attorney after documenting all of their harassing phone calls for about six months and got a $14,000 student loan written off.

Robocalls aren’t scams. Scam calls are different. Docs kit isn’t a scam. Do research before spewing bs

America needs to adopt its own version of GDPR. You can say a lot about European bureaucracy, but in this case, it works like a charm.
You can also do a FCC complaint. Make notes of all numbers and times.
