Thats what Im talking about. One of my favorite was to cook since working the grill at Bojangles as a 16 year old. That thing is a beast and you got a nice seasoning on it. Should make for plenty of videos. Was fun to watch. Great video
The digital temps is a game changer for griddles - if it actually works. Have you used a laser thermometer to check the accuracy of the temp display and the actual temp of the griddle surface? Or is that just a flame temp?
Can you show that portion of the grill's real temp as we all know a large metal part is not going to make it hot on one side and not the middle or the other? Can you please test that?
1 you dident wash or burn off leftovers from production 2 that's not how you season a griddle, WAY too much oil, you didn't let the serfice come up to temp nor did you burn in the oil. you just poured lots of oil on and called it a day. proper seasoning usually requires 3 or more applications
You always use corn oil on a butane griddle. But he should have plugged the drain hole because you should have at least 3/4” of oil sit on the griddle for about 5 min at low temp.

That white seems like a nightmare to keep clean on a griddle lol
Can these be used off natural gas?
I gots to get ☝🏾 one… ASAP! 😂
Hmmm. 👍🏽 nice. The griddle is so Snow White . Looks like it needs electricity, propane, and it just needs an iPad lol 😂. We be straight
You be corney 😂
The three burners is fine? I see a lot of people prefer the four
How define “dear”? Meaning, What is the BTU for each burner?
What is the lowest temp

No it won’t. Cast iron distributes heat pretty evenly. That whole thing is going to be hot. Trust me
You lost me in the beginning when you said you had the "butane bottle" hooked up!
