The real reason the lights went up on the shop patio. Evan is giving the grilling fever to everyone watching now. Thanks for the review. If only we could smell!!!!
I've been searching youtube every day for the past few weeks waiting for a review on this griddle and finally today was the day! Thanks for uploading this!
I literally got mine delivered today! I got the Ace Hardware Exclusive which doesn’t have the doors at the bottom, it has removable compartments. I’m trying to track down a cover before I assemble it. I’ve been watching griddle reviews all winter long too and I was gonna go with a series 2 loco until I saw this beauty….looking forward to cooking on it.
Great review of the Weber Griddle Evan. Looks like it did a good job on the temperatures and both the sausage and Fajita Meat roll ups were both very good. The grill cleaned up easily too. Stay safe and keep having fun around there. Fred.
even though its just me and the dogs, i buy big packs of meat and break it up to small packs, make big meals and freeze them, way cheaper, love the channel, good luck
Evan I purchased a stainless steel table to be used.Outdoors under my covered deck and it works perfect for what I need for work space, tools, ingredients et cetera
Had a good chuckle when you slipped & fell. I do this at least once a year felling firewood trees. It is my ritual, even though I am by myself in the woods when it happens, my pride takes over immediately.. to look around & see if there were any witnesses. I have found that sharp chain on larger saw will fell the tree much faster, with less chance of tree going rogue on direction of fall. btw as you age there is less padding to land on. Happy "felling" trees
I love my weber griddle. Use it 3 times a week and mostly for breakfast. My kids love cracking eggs and putting them on the griddle. Highly recommend. Weber did great on this one. I bought mine at Ace Hardware that came with the extension table that pulls out.
Hi guys, I got a Webber which runs on gas. It is the best barbecue I ever bought in my life you can roast on it barbecue on it absolutely fantastic and the best of all is that you can go and buy every little part of something breaks. Keep up the good work happy barbecuing from Australia Thunder down under
i got mine on release day at home depot, the #1 thing i learned about moving it is to take out the cooking surface. you'll cut the weight almost in half and make it way easier for two people to handle.
Hi, Evan! Awesome griddle! I have never seen popcorn made on a griddle! Wise purchase! Now that you have lights and a new griddle, you can do a lot of cooking. I’m eager to see what you cook for us this spring and summer.
Flatrock is in a whole different category in regards to cooking surface. The amount of cold spots on this compared to Flatrock is completely unacceptable
I’m not familiar with this product but I can say Weber makes quality products. With your talent, you could easily make a cutting board to cover that stainless steel side table.
Cast iron griddle tossed on a normal BBQ works great.... much cheaper and takes up far less space..... get a good seasoning on the surface and good for most anything....
I'm in Canada and have been waiting for the Traeger for over a year now. The Slate 30 just came in stock at my local Home Depot today so I decided to go that route instead. Can't wait to get it set up and cooking
If that tray flips over evenly, I'd create a cutting board to fit under the tray. That way it can be used on either side. Plus it would make the tray rigid and take out that flex. Just a thought.
It's rust resistant NOT rust proof. Carbon steel does rust because it lacks the corrosion-resistant properties of its stainless steel counterpart. Although it's stronger and more durable than stainless steel, carbon steel may rust and corrode when exposed to moisture.
You ought to get a hamburger press and place those burritos on a little butter and press down on each side for a little bit. Gives it a little crunch like texture.
Thanks man very helpful. They just got to Canada and I’ve been wanting one badly. Unfortunately just over $1000 here when you incorporate tax but I’m still going to do it.
Make sure too empty that grease trap after every cook, mice will get in there and eat the grease plus crap all over your cool surface. I learned the hard way to put parchment paper on the griddle surface.
Love mine. Can't stop cooking on it. If you want the accessories, you will be waiting a long time. Weber says the caddy and storage bins are out of stock.
So, the way to Evan’s heart is through his stomach. I can totally relate, though I’d be making jambalaya or gumbo. I have had a hankering for fried mushrooms over the past few days, and now I could eat a breakfast burrito.
Excellent video! Really appreciate you taking the time to make the video. I've been researching all winter long for my first griddle, and I've been waiting for somebody to do a review on this Webber. Now I've made up my mind, I'm buying one. Thanks Again
Evan, very nice. Love that sound of the sizzle. We have a 36” blackstone and cook my breakfast almost every day on it. It works awesome for cooking bacon and the over easy eggs are easier to flip. Have fun and enjoy your new griddle.
Looks a heck of a lot better than the Blackstone I got. Blackstone loses heat in a light breeze so bad it won't cook to the edges. Steer well clear of Blackstone.
Thank you for making this video. I'm trying to decide between a Traeger or Blackstone, but then Weber released this griddle. I still can't decide on which one I should get yet, but your video was the best one for the Weber griddle that's making me lean more towards this one.
Looks nice, wouldn't mind having one, but I'm a don't think I would use it enough to justify the cost! Thanks for the demo and info. I hope you have a good evening!
I was gonna say i should stock up and get a few outdoor cooking platforms like you have there, before the state of NY bans all outdoor propan cooking decices! But at that price tag, its not for me! Thanks for sharing.
As a Texas you need to smoke your fajitas meat on the pallet grill for about 30ish minutes on mesquite or hickory at a low temp them cut them up and finish them on the griddle. You will thank me later. Adds so much more flavor
And an added bonus - you can pick up the previous model Weber 36" 4 burner griddle for less than a new slate model Weber 3 burner 30" griddle. 👍 Well, at least that's how I sold my wife on the idea. She always uses the "it was on sale" to justify her purchases for the grandkids. HA! Anyhow, I'll put up with the original founder's edition Weber design flaws for a couple of years before I upgrade to the new model.
Where is the electric air fryer and warmer drawer? :) I didn't need such a large cooking space, so ended up with the Blackstone 23" 2 burner one. Hinged top, folding side tables on each side with 3 hanging pegs on each side. Think I paid $399 at Home Depot a couple of years ago now. The Weber is good too, but I have always felt you pay for the "name" more than anything on them. In the end, get what works best for you and cook and enjoy! I'm going to have to try that way of doing breakfast burritos! Nice cook.

Do you still like it?

Still loving the cooking videos. Hey, a homesteader has to eat!
Things you might want to consider are a deep fat fryer and pizza oven.
A man of many talents. Who knew you were a chef too!😅
Fill that little tray up with some acrylic resin, that'll strengthen it up and serve as a cutting board as well, just a suggestion.

That is awesome. I was thinking about a Blackstone but I think you changed my mind.
That's a nice griddle ! I LOVE YOU GUYS !!! 🥰🥰

You did mention your "spring fever", and now I see it.
Sweet grill. Worth the investment. You'll be using it often!
Thanks Evan
My husband is going to want one! He's been wanting one in our kitchen but outside would definitely be beter.
The lid acts like a backsplash! Coolio!
Di you have any plans to run concenience gas ton that side of the building and ditch the refillable tanks?
i got mine on release day at home depot, the #1 thing i learned about moving it is to take out the cooking surface. you'll cut the weight almost in half and make it way easier for two people to handle.
Great advice. Thank you.
Country View Acres Cooking a great addition to your videos……..
Hi, Evan! Awesome griddle! I have never seen popcorn made on a griddle! Wise purchase! Now that you have lights and a new griddle, you can do a lot of cooking. I’m eager to see what you cook for us this spring and summer.
From what I’ve seen, the Weber seems to be better than the blackstones. Nice buy!
Flatrock is in a whole different category in regards to cooking surface. The amount of cold spots on this compared to Flatrock is completely unacceptable
I was debating between the Flatrock and this model but the 4 burner 36in. Ended up getting the Weber based on the reviews and glad I did.
I love my 30” Weber griddle. The heat isn’t 100% even but I don’t expect it to, even blackstone was bad with hot spots, and built poorly
That’s a great looking flat top griddle! Much nicer then my Blackstone. When the 4 year old blackstone dies, it may be the one to get.
I got just order one from Home Depot free delivery and free assembly with cover with tax 849.00, Should have it Saturday.
When are you going to do TH-cam full time. Love the videos
maybe later this year. wait and see
Walmart sells solid white cheap cutting boards that you could probably cut to size and replace the stainless steel cover with.
I’m not familiar with this product but I can say Weber makes quality products. With your talent, you could easily make a cutting board to cover that stainless steel side table.
I just ordered one from Home Depot. Free shipping and free assembly.
How much did you pay ?

I was about to pull the trigger on the Traeger. I do believe this has changed my mind.

Thanks for mentioning why it's rust proof. It's really important that there's no coating to me
It's rust resistant NOT rust proof.
I would make or purchase a butcher block for the right side. Also get a steam dome. Thanks for the video
Thanks man very helpful. They just got to Canada and I’ve been wanting one badly. Unfortunately just over $1000 here when you incorporate tax but I’m still going to do it.

Thanks, Good tip.

Great review and demo!

You did a great job demoing the griddle.they should give you a free one or at least assesories. Jim80
You can’t go wrong with a Weber they have a good warranty and they stand behind their product!
Glad to see you using PACE picante, the best there is, jb

Nice video,Weber makes a cutting board that fits in that right side of the griddle!!
Just to make it sturdy and use when cooking 👍👍
The removable side aluminum tray that wobbles is meant to be removable so you can add attachments that are sold separately
Didn't know I signed up for a cooking channel 🙂 Looked good!
Love Webber grills and anything!
Just picked up mine. It has the folding table and the caddy. 🔥🔥
Hello Evan enjoyed your video. I'll have to make some. Grill looks great, have a great day.
Nice griddle! Those breakfast burritos looked good. I agree, a few chili peppers would probably be good in them as well as a few diced potatoes.
Looks a heck of a lot better than the Blackstone I got. Blackstone loses heat in a light breeze so bad it won't cook to the edges. Steer well clear of Blackstone.
The blue paper towels work too
I bought my daughter one for Christmas
Thank you for making this video. I'm trying to decide between a Traeger or Blackstone, but then Weber released this griddle. I still can't decide on which one I should get yet, but your video was the best one for the Weber griddle that's making me lean more towards this one.
Wow you are serious. I think its great that you love to cook.
Meat church has a great line of seasonings. Flat top king has a bunch of great recipes. Happy griddling.
yea, I have been binge watching Flat Top King.
Man, i just ate dinner, but that looks so yummy,!
With all the gadgets you have there, I would consider a manifold to connect all togeather, connected to that big propane tank you already have.
Looks nice, wouldn't mind having one, but I'm a don't think I would use it enough to justify the cost! Thanks for the demo and info. I hope you have a good evening!
Great video, this is exactly what I want. Just have to wait for it to be released in Australia.
Man they looked good at the end of video. 😋
I'd add some salsa!
thanks for the review sir , u helped me make a hard decision .
dang it now I want an outside griddle .... it's looks really good
Good review

Over the years you may begin to see wrinkles form in your siding. You may want to put some kind of heat barrier behind your grills.
How is that gonna wrinkle metal siding ???
Really nice job on the review. Thank you.
Just got the 36 inch loco griddle with smart temp control myself.
Looks good great review
😋 looks scrumptious
Yummy Evan! Nice grill!
Nice job! Just bought the exact same one today . Getting it next week :)
Good video thank you

Beef cattle and feeder pigs. And now a Chef 👨🍳👌😋🐃🐖🍽🌭🥩🥓 Great review of Blackstone grill ❤🙋♂️💯
Top notch excellent review.

Bam boy that look good he ha steve c from state of Oregon USA
Loco griddle is the best hands down
How about an update on the progress with the Allis Chalmers tractor?
Weber is a great brand
Thanks buddy. Good review.
And an added bonus - you can pick up the previous model Weber 36" 4 burner griddle for less than a new slate model Weber 3 burner 30" griddle. 👍 Well, at least that's how I sold my wife on the idea. Good thing I'm not your neighbor, I'll be over there fo sho, great video
Good deal !!
You can definitely get a job as a short order cook.😊
You really need some 505 Hatch green chillies for those burritos
Where is the electric air fryer and warmer drawer? :) I didn't need such a large cooking space, so ended up with the Blackstone 23" 2 burner one. Hinged top, folding side tables on each side with 3 hanging pegs on each side. Think I paid $399 at Home Depot a couple of years ago now. In the end, get what works best for you and cook and enjoy! I'm going to have to try that way of doing breakfast burritos! Nice cook.
You have a lot of different cookers. You really like to cook outside
I'm thinking in long term out outside wall so smoke would flow out better then put back along the wall when you're done cooking
Hello Evan
Ace hardware has free assembly and delivery . Best to get it on Tax day to avoid taxes...if offered.
