You do amazing work Hannah! I love all your videos but this one has to be one of my favorites! From your bubbling personality, to the excellent choice of music and the outstanding video work, I am blown away! I can’t wait to see what you have for us on the second day!
Absolutely STUNNING Hannah! And the music.....GAAAAHHH!!! Thank you so much. You have become quite the artist when it comes to these vlogs. Funny to look back at where you started (or at least when I discovered your vlogs). Amazing stuff! I know you are not feeling well as you read this so please get well soon. #prayers
Amazing views, very picturesque and quiet an informative vlog. Two of the reasons why I love your channel ... great content and love your outgoing personality! Blessings! 🙂👍🏾🎎⛩💕
I'm genuinely excited when I see one of your vlogs pop up in the subscriptions box. I know you've been working on your cinematography and you're absolutely smashing it now, bar that AF mishap ahaha. Seriously though, some fantastic shots, well filmed. The B-roll on the train through the drivers cabin was beautiful. You create some of the best travel content out there without it being some cheesily unrealistic #wanderlust rubbish.
Thank you so much. That really means a lot! And yes I try hard to steer well clear of #wanderlust #influencer #blueasswater content so I’m glad you can see it too haha
Paraphrasing the great H. Price, holly crap!.. Absolutely loved the first 5 minutes or so⃰ , with your usual top shelf photographer's eye but also with that funky editing and a spot-on soundtrack... (Fuji-san doing its super-model thing on the day) 😘👌 *: very much liked the rest too, it's just that that was extra inspired
I have been watching your videos for a while now and your skills in camera work and editing are really coming along fantastically ! Keep up the great work, you have no reasons for self doubt. Still enjoy your unique take on things.
I just started the video and instantly felt soooo much nostalgia... I stayed for 2 days in Kawaguchiko last November (1 month in Japan), and it was one of the most amazing things I've ever done. Walking through those same streets, seeing the same views in person was so incredible. It's not an overstatement to say it was a dream come true. I actually sat by the trail surrounding the lake very close to the Komaya for about 2 hours, just looking at the lake, the ducks and the mountain. I need to go back there... Actually if my nostalgia keeps on ramping up the way it has until today, I might end up moving to Japan, everything about that trip was incredible. BTW good luck with the sunrise, I tried the same but the fog was so dense I couldn't see 50m in front of me. Cleared up until about 10 am
I got so emotional just by watching this video.... Fuji-san really is majestic! I'll be visiting Kawaguchiko in late October. Hopefully it'll be visible on the day!
definitely one of my top 3 places in all of japan too. btw, AF track sens - standard + AF drive speed - normal + zone focus mode on AF-C and face priority will solve your autofocus problems ;)
Beautiful place! I'm looking forward to going back in the summer to cool off from the steamy Kofu weather. You were talking about sunrise versus sunset and I wanted to throw in my 2 cents. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the sunset views of Fuji-san here in Kofu. After there is some snow on the mountain it almost always glows a little bit pink when the last rays of the day hit it. SO gorgeous! I will miss it, for sure. Thanks again for your great videos, Hannah!
Another amazing video Hannah. Your cinematography skills are evolving fast. Well done. This was a very moving piece for me. It has made me rethink my trip back to Tokyo in May. Thanks and keep doing what you do. G
This is so perfect! I am going to be staying in Kawaguchiko in March for 6 days. This video really re-energizes my wanderlust for Kawaguchiko. Thank you so much for this video!
I think I fell in love with you after this video. The drone shot, music, editing Its like a movie It really gives me peace Thanks always for your awesome videos :)
From time to time I come back to this video, after a few years, finally this October I'll be able to be there, and stay on that same ryokan, and shoot photos of lake kawaguchi, Mt. Fuji, Chureito Pagoda and all these places, it's kind a dream that comes true to me.
I envy you so much! I had one day in Kawaguchiko in August 2017 and really wanted to see Mt Fuji, but of course the whole thing was covered in clouds! But you could still tell it was HUGE - even the base was!
Oh my God that video is amazing! I did a search for Best Hotels near Mount Fuji and this was the first clip to appear. I have to go and experience that perfect view. I have a trip planned in January but I think I may have over extended myself... It involves a half marathon in Sub Tropical Ishigaki Island followed by Snow Boarding in Zao Ski Resort. I need to try and slot in a night at that Ryokan in the middle somehow?? Thanks Hannah for always posting great Japan content....
Love your work, Hannah! Your drone shots are epic and I love all those gorgeous little detail, filler shots. Sad to hear you are leaving Japan soon. Hopefully you'll do many more videos before you go. And no doubt your next adventures will be awesome, too.
I saw the title & figured that the best way to begin celebrating my birthday today was to watch the full majestic beauty of this vlog of Mt. Fuji is on a 40 ft IMAX screen (in my VR headset). Thank you for this wonderful birthday present Hannah & hope you feel better soon!
@@CurrentlyHannah Thank you for the birthday shout out Hannah! Yes the VR IMAX view made me see all the marvelous landscapes in such close detail. Even the Miyazaki susuwataris (soot sprites) made some cameos from being on the the sensors of the camera in a few shots. Maybe it was those little devious soot gremlins causing all those focus troubles LOL
Wow!! The View of the Mt. Fuji next to the small town is toooo stunning and incredible!! Especially the way you filmed it above the lake is pretty cool!!! Good job Hannah! Looking forward to watching the upcoming video 🤩🤩🤩
So that view (Mt. Fuji and a five story pagoda) is real! This vlog is replete with magnificent views of Mt. Fuji and is my very fav upload by you! Totally impressed!
Within my narrow scope, I've seen Fuji-san refuse views of her snowy slopes to many TH-camrs, and this has to be the best view I've seen anywhere. Great video!
I'm planning a trip to Japan in a couple years & I'm so inspired by this video. I've been dreaming of seeing Fuji-san my whole life! I'm gonna have the same reaction as you ahhhhhhhh =)
WOW!!!! thanks for the video! This place is definitely on my list now!! I did hakone a few weekends ago and that was amazing. One awesome part is the amount of snow that is there! I need to go :-) A nice clear view of fuji as well! amazing! thank you again
Truly breathtaking. We saw Mt. Fuji many years ago now (like 2007) and it really is a spectacular sight to behold. I think we went to the same temple/shrine/pagoda place too. But our hotel definitely didn't have the same view as yours.
Omg I was looking at the date you posted this. I was in Japan that very same month and week. I remember when it snowed lightly in Tokyo that week. Makes me mad that I didn't get to see this. Next trip though . Thanks for sharing..
It is cool to see the same place through different "JVloggers" eyes. Perspective and time of year make them different, but all show the great beauty of the area. You are at ease in front of the camera and you are a wonderful story teller. Also: thanks for responding to my question/statement on your "live Stream" (about Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park in USA). You do the live stream well, so would love to see more of that. If you can pull off another "last Day at work" like you did at Universal, that would be epic and fun to see.
that looks so beautiful, I am so jealous of your views. I went there during the summer and i only got to see Mt Fuji for about 15-20 minutes before it vanished behind the clouds. This video makes me want to go when there is snow on the ground
Yeah I’ve heard that summer season can make it a little hard to see Mt Fuji cuz it’s usually hazy. Winter is generally clear though, so I can recommend this season for sure!
Always enjoy your videos, you have a nice character and your filming style is very artistic. I noticed you had to go to higher location to get a shot of Mt. Fuji with power lines in the foreground. That's the only thing I still haven't gotten use to after being here six years. Thanks very much, please keep up your wonderful and unique videos!
Wonderful video! Very nice combination of view and drone shots. Actually I visited the temple with 5 story pagoda. It is very beautiful place for Fuji-mi. But unfortunately I could not see any of Fuji-San. I would like to go there again. Thank for your very nice video.
Im staying in kawaguchiko on my trip there soon!!! I also got a mt fuji view room but splashed out and got a private open air bath too 😉 soo excited i leave brisbane in 10 days 😁
