Recently returned from 800 mile road trip utilizing this exact bike rack with two bikes that weighing 63 pounds each. Rack performed flawlessly. Purchased mine on Amazon.
Just bought one and put it together. Directions were a little tough. When you fold those middle support beams down (the ones that require 50nm of torque), they don't slap against your vehicle when folded up?
How do you secure your bike rack to the vehicle? I am trying to locate a threaded hitch pin with lock, cant seem to find one that will fit this rack. Have you looked? There are lots of unthreaded hitch pin locks, but don't want to lose the wobble free that the threaded pin provides.
Are the straps easily replaceable? I find these are often the number 1 failure on bike racks and then you have to buy a makeshift strap because they are not available or replaceable from manufacturer.
Yes, you can basically get any ramp like a dirt bike ramp and use that to get them up. Or we've also gotten pieces of wood and that has worked good too if you have to MacGyver a quick fix
Someone ought to tell this guy what a truck bed is for! Oh but I guess a man who has a four-door truck, most likely isn't using it like a truck is supposed to be used.
There is not sufficient video for a novice to put an ebike on this rack. I got this Mate Ebike rack with a ramp and the ramp is inconvenient to put on and remove. I have to get down on my knees to find the hold for the quick release pin because it is under the entire ramp. When loading my ebike the instructions in the manual and this video does not show clearly if the back bike tire goes in front of or behind the chock. I placed it in front and that makes the back tire raised. Then I moved it to behind the back tire and the fastener does not really fit good. I did finally get it transport ready but it was not as easy as this video says it is. You should clearly show how to adjust for the tires. I do like the rack but it is darn heavy. I put it together on my car and it is still there (just had it 5 days) and I have not tried to remove it but I’m sure I’ll need help at almost 70 lbs.

Did you need to add lights

Looks super easy to use! Great video and demonstration!
They are easy to use
Thanks for the comment. This is honestly my favorite bike rack I've used
Fits and hold my Aventon Sinch fat tire bike, love the tray style, upright, and ramp for my 4" wherl bike.
Glad you like it
Haven't seen vids of you in lost touch digging the look man and the goatee 👍
Thank you, and Welcome Back! 😁

I think a lot of older people would have trouble lifting these e-bikes up onto the rack, is there a ramp available to run the bikes up and off

I really need this in my life
Does the tailgate mat come with it ??
Hits the tailights in the up position. Dealbreaker
Thanks for the review, really appreciated
Thanks, and your comment is appreciated as well 😁
Will it work on moped style ebikes such as Revv1 FS?
Yea it should, just attach the middle strap to the seat post
This version does not tilt to allow tailgate to come down
Will this work on a jeep with rear tire mount?
I'm not sure about that. Probably depends how far the tire sticks out from your jeep
Very sad that this is too short for my Wallke H9 bike. I have a 52 inch Wheelbase and this says only handles 50 inch.
Oh sorry to hear that, cause this is a really nice ebike rack

Heavy bikes, easier to carry on bike rack and have truck space available.
When I “had” my 4 door truck it was as you insinuated, it was a luxury car not a hauling vehicle 😅😅

Would you maybe like us to shoot a short and try and show off more of the bike up close loaded?
Easy to use and easy to install and uninstall
Oh, wow? You watch this guy too?
Weird seeing you here. You two should totally collab....
