Yo también, trabajé varios años lejos de mi hogar y fue la época en la que conocí las primeras canciones de George cantando en solitario. Me llenaban de energía para afrontar la soledad y no sentirme triste.
This is the song by George that I get emotional not only because of the incredible music and words but it emphasizes what an incredible talent George Harrison was.
I love the contrast between the serious-looking parts recorded against the sky, and the other sections of him dancing around as though in a schmaltzy ballroom, or sitting inside of a giant ceramic duck and giving a thumbs up. Really hits home the message of the constant transition between the highs and lows in life, and how, if you just hold on through the tough times, you may find you can even joke about them later, or at least not take them as seriously. Very Harrisonian sense of humour.
It would be hard for me to pick which of George's songs was my absolute favorite but this one would be on the shortlist. Always turn to this song when a rough patch is in progress.
George was a mellow guy! His music was very mellow! And i smoke Mellow Yellow cigarettes American Spirit! The same kind of cigarettes Ronnie Wood smokes! No chemicals, just water and tobacco!
It's strange you said that. I barely remember this song at all and yet it creates powerful associations with my early childhood in the late 1970s. I think I must remember hearing it on the radio. Same with Kate Bush's Them Heavy People (and I never really discovered her until college in the 1990s) and Eagles' New Kid in Town.
The most understated. most talented of the four, aside from his deep spirituality he never took himself very seriously. I am fortunate to have lived during his time.
Had to recently leave everything behind & start over alone. I'm a huge Beatles fan since birth in the early 70s. George & John were always my faves & in good & bad times I have always sought out their music. "Blow Away" has been a fave George song for me since its release. 4 years ago I lived some of the lyrics kinda literally. And as I'm rebuilding my life again, this song continues to hold me up. Reminding me to stay strong and that I'm never truly alone. I always have God, by any name. And George's music. God Bless and Love to all reading this, 143❤

If you believe in the #Scamdemic, sucks to be you...
Absolutely true. Good times or bad George can do it for me. He makes my heart soar
We still have his music, which he produced a great amount of. Enjoy it anytime, and think good thoughts.
Heard this song in Walmart the other day and it brought back so many memories.
did ya sing along out loud?
@PaulFormentos you know it!
This is the song by George that I get emotional not only because of the incredible music and words but it emphasizes what an incredible talent George Harrison was.
The only one Beatle who remained a Beatle . Thanks for this George
Such a beautiful song, it was a hit at the time but still deserves more recognition, I think it’s right up with Here Comes the Sun
Yes! The best ducking George Harrison video ever. 🦆
You must be quackers!!

I love your channel.
George's dead-eyed smile under his mustache and him unlocking his hips and dancing are two lovely features of this video.
It would be hard for me to pick which of George's songs was my absolute favorite but this one would be on the shortlist. Always turn to this song when a rough patch is in progress.
His rendition of Beware of Darkness.
As well as Here comes the Sun.💙🌹
"If not for you" it's my favourite :)
George was a mellow guy! His music was very mellow! And i smoke Mellow Yellow cigarettes American Spirit! The same kind of cigarettes Ronnie Wood smokes! No chemicals, just water and tobacco!
@@rodrickbeat8118 How can you decide? George Harrison had so many great songs!
I still miss George. All I got to do is be, be happy.........
George is with god now and his music is bringing people closer to god every day great man great message
When I was a kid in the 70s, this one was _constantly_ on the radio. I took a 45-year break before listening again...but it's more charming now.
God bless you George wherever you are .
George was definitely underrated. He wrote some great songs and was a great musician.
Hey you might like a band called The Doublejumps if you like George Harrison's music
He was a late bloomer.
You might like The Travelling Wilburys
I love how I can see how much fun he is having making and playing this song.
This song is a childhood gem. I am a 70s kid and this song is part of the soundtrack of my youth.
The Best George Harrison
The best beatle solo.
The unmistakable George Harrison riff.
I love you, my sweet lord ❤
Best Song Ever
I, too, love 'You' and 'My Sweet Lord'.
love u too
The most understated. most talented of the four, aside from his deep spirituality he never took himself very seriously.
God Bless and Love to all reading this, 143❤
This music video is *EPIC*
love this song
My favourite musician ❤️ My favourite uplifting song ☮️❤️
George reminds me of a package of sleepy time tea. Warm and comfy.
He is so underrated, love his music! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
😂 Underrated? Obviously you're joking 😅
@@ElvarMasson It is embarrassing how many people post stupid comments like that.
0:45 His smile is priceless. Miss you George.
He’s got that beautiful sound in everyone of his songs and I love it!!!!
Nice that George could still write lovely songs.
This wonderful song touch me deeply, and every time I listen to it, makes me want to cry. I love it ❤

Me as well. What a mind heart and soul he was.
The Mystic Beatle. My complete regards to you, Mr. George Harrison. We miss you terribly, Georgie!!!!
They play this song at my work. One of the few great tracks they have on rotation. RIP George, wish you could return.
