Shaving a Miniature Horse

Sometimes a Miniature horse needs to be shaved. Often they do not blow out their fuzz and need a bit of help. I was asked by a friend to shave her little filly that had not blown her baby fuzz.
At first, the filly was introduced to the clipper noise and vibration by turning the clippers on and moving the body of the clippers on the horse's body. Once she seemed ok about it, I added the clipper blade and began. She was a very good girl for her first time having this done.
Please do not try this if you do not have an experienced person helping you.
Although the video quality is not the best, I do hope it's helpful.
I plan to make another shaving video in the spring in better light.

I love it it makes her grullo...that's a win in my opinion. And yes, you do make it look easy (says everyone who's ever left clipper tracks by accident in their horse's coat while cleaning up the poll).
