I just received mine (haven't used it yet) and there is a rattle inside the grip when I shake it lightly. Is this normal or is something inside likely loose/broken??

I have this use it on mist makes much better foam and also use a thick car soap

Mine didn’t do that. Maybe send it back. Try it out first though. It might just be a broken piece inside that was part of the mold.
