Awesome video! I think I've seen every Marinara, Sunday Sauce/Gravy video ever posted so it's always nice when a new one appears and it's actually good. Most are not. This made me laugh too, great comedic references! Let me up your game even more when it comes to the best ingredients... find and use Partanna olive oil (I get mine at Walmart). Don't let price scare you, just let the flavor floor you! Thanks David

I really appreciate any ideas that can help me improve my recipes so it goes without saying that I will be picking up a bottle of the olive oil that you suggested....Not a bad "gravy" for a guy from the south ehh???
