Make this delicious spaghetti and meatballs recipe made with juicy meatballs and rich tomato sauce.
Spaghetti and meatballs or spaghetti with meatballs is an Italian-American dish consisting of spaghetti, tomato sauce and meatballs. Spaghetti and meatballs was an innovation of Italian immigrants in New York City, who had access to a more plentiful meat supply than in Italy.

►Ingredients for the Spaghetti and Meatballs
►Meatballs
1 kg beef mince
Half onion finely chopped
5 garlic cloves crushed
3 thin green chilies
70 grams cheddar cheese
Handful parsley finely chopped
1 tsp. blackpepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. plain flour for dusting
2 tbsp. oil for frying
►Pasta
1 litre water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
500g spaghetti
►Tomato Sauce (Pomodoro)
2 tbsp. oil
Half onion roughly chopped
1.5 tbsp. garlic paste
4 vine ripened tomatoes
1 tsp. blackpepper
1/2 tsp. salt
500g passata
2 chicken stock cubes
1.5 cup pasta water
7 - 8 basil leaves sliced

I tried today for dinner and it turned out Amazing!..I would advise viewers to follow his guidelines while frying meatballs..I overcooked the meatballs and they become a bit hard..but the overall taste was delicious!
