Infinite health+stamina, speed hack, and a lagswitch. What's even the point of playing? Why don't you just write "You win" on a piece of paper and stare at it for a couple hours is an unearned sense of victory is so important to you?
Invincibility, infinite spells, unlimited Stamina, speed hacks, and every other method of scumbag hacks you could need. Still hides and attempts to banish phantoms. What even.
Dumbest thing to me is when fighting an invader who has no health bar which he's invincible obviously, and then when I hit her a few times she runs to heal when she has infinite health.
I love how people are defending the hackers. Oro was using in-game mechanics, and invading like the developers intended. They can just go offline if they don't want to be invaded? Why should WE cater THEM. How about the multiplayer experience? Screw them, play offline if you can't handle the game.
SirLizardTroop eh not really, I died once and went FUF IT. I GOT CLOSE ENOUGH. SUMMON. BRO. SUMMON. But its fair if there's no forced pvp, I'm a firm believer in doing something you want to, and something you're not forced into, like these invasions. If you want to pvp, that's fine, but do it like in the arena, where it is fair. Just because you like chocking on chodes (ala the forced pvp) doesn't me that we have to as well and like it. From a light game development perspective, its a design flaw, because its forcing something on someone because someone else decided something. Imagine if mmo's had this shit? oh no. no good. You could argue that dark souls isn't an mmo (well on SOME perspective it IS.) but, its built off the modo "harsh but fair" so tell me how is invading fair in any offset?
HackersSun Should enemies be design flaws as well, considering they're also the developers forcing something they wanted on you? No, that's a terrible way to look at things. Another thing is that even without cheating, hosts actually have INCREDIBLE advantages over invaders. You can use estus, have up to 2 summons, use consumables, and even use the idiotic seed of the tree of giants. If you're a host and you really try to kill an invader using all tools available, you will never lose. That is unless you're a terrible player, which most people who summon for every fight and hack are.
HackersSun Except that it's a completely welcome part of the game. You fail to realize that the invasion mechanic is what made the Souls series so popular in the first place. If Demon's souls had an arena being the only place invasions could happen, it would be a bad game. I don't want to be rude, but your grammar skills indicate you're young and probably don't know any better.
I love all these people in the comments like, "Well, you are the one invading them, so the hacking is justified." No. It's really not, ever. If you don't like the mechanic of being invaded, which is MEANT TO BE IN THE GAME, then don't play. And then to everyone that's going to say, "But it provides an unfair challenge and blah, blah, blah". That's the point! If you get invaded you have to overcome that challenge or die. Seriously. There is no reason to hack, it is never justified. The game should be played the way it is and not be messed with. Sure, changing around files and doing funny cosplay type stuff and changing the way items look is funny sometimes, but hacking to remove any challenge is just being a sore loser at a game that, to be honest, is really not that difficult if you just pay attention and actually think.
I always like these dudes who make excuses about how "the poor guy just wants to beat the game, he doesnt want to do forced pvp!". Then why is it they're all chasing the invader around? If the guy's invincible and has infinite stamina, he can just sprint to the boss. Or alt f4. But nope, he feels like he's the hunter now.
+apa123APA they die of invaders > get pissed because they are noobs invaded by people like orro > hack the game to take revenge on invaders, personally i dont see the fun in hacking the game PvE or PvP but can understand WHY they do it
Souna meh i could argue that since its kinda bs that players like orro invade total noobs since his soul level should be 320312301231203123 and noobs like 50k but for some reason its not... doesnt condone for their hacking but you could say "you cant kill me noob mad cuz bad" from the hackers perspective... except the people that got severely rekt by orro while CE was on
I love that everyone is justifying the hackers by saying, "Oh well you're using a cheap build." That isn't even close to comparison. Oro is using items in the game that literally any one else can use and anyone else can avoid or beat. Hackers are using things outside the game to give themselves infinite health/stamina/speed/poise, you name it. "Oh well, they just don't want to be invaded" Then play offline, if you can't handle getting your ass kicked every now and then, you are playing the wrong game. I've been invaded plenty of times when I'm just trying to clear an area. Yeah its annoying, but I don't immediately think "oh boy, I wish I could just hack and cheat to win!" Oro could be using just a ladle, buck ass naked, with no spells. And people would still bitch about his build.
+Neopup Khajiitsters but then hackers would create a hack which would disable your hack that prevents them from hacking! (and so on in an infinite loop)
Killed my first hacker today Obobobo. Scrub had infinite crystal soul spears, soul geysers, stamina/poise/health, tricked him into jumping off the edge near throne of want.
I don't get it. If your skills are subpar, then practice and train until you get better. Why play a game that's all about perseverance and overcoming difficulties, and then hack so you negate all the challenges thrown at you?
+Mugen i dont get it at all either i could never have fun cheating like what is fun about pressing the"automatic-win" button you dont even get to experience the actual game
+skulll800 That is one of the most skrub thing i have heard in my life. You have a disease it's called being a scrub the only cure is "git gud" And if you are a hacker you don't deserve to play dark souls
I'm so baffled at how they hide. How can you be so afraid of someone when you have infinite health and stamina? They all MUST be 7 years old or something
4tahlulz4 is just people that can't handle loose in a video game....you know, like the annoying cousin saying half bullshit cause you are better than him in a game an as soon as they won, they bla bla bla all the way how the owned you.
+Benevolent Undead or they could just fight the damn invader and win easily john V is exactly right its ppl that get sooo upset when they lose at a video game they already have all the advantage in the world but they are scared to walk by a ledge do they know they can push oro off the ledge too?
Hacker Death's and defeat's (also re-watching this I noticed that there are recurring hackers, cool game...) 4:46 - Seb (death by lag) 6:32 - Tom (death by gravity) 8:30 - Kuroi (death by no hit-box) 9:37 - **Idgar (death by infinite poise) 12:16 - Kabraksis (killed by gravity) 14:00 - Oco3HaHue (killed by gravity) 17:00 - D0BR1NYA (times out...) 18:20 - Ryuk (killed by gravity) 19:16 - Timon (death by speed-hack) 24:20 - Oco3HaHue (death by speed-hack) 28:48 - Bek (death by lag) 29:10 - Timon (death by speed-hack) 33:36 - Veithgrim (death by gravity) 37:43 - Taghauer (death by being unfortunate) 39:27 - jok (BSC out of the fight...) 40:40 - Brian (killed by gravity) 47:00 - Jamie (killed by gravity) Total of 17 hackers in this video. 5 kills and 10 deaths from oro, with zero skillz with all the hackers combined. My favorite souls game btv
This is why I avoid these games on PC, and is the reason why console is the master race for gaming, true we don't have mods or amazing next gen graphics but our chances of getting a hacker is one out of a million!
Harvey Vazquez i can already see their frustrations "WHY ARE YOU HACKING?!"..."YOU ARE HACKING TOO DIPSHIT!!"..."THIS IS MY GAME FUCK OFF". i'd pay to watch that.
This sort of is a thing already, earlier in ds2's life From would "softban" hackers so that they could only play with other hackers. The unfortunate thing about that is that they were a bit too strict with the softbans, and having anything remotely suspicious on a character could get you stuck playing with actual hackers forever :/
***** "u can even defeat the hackers" its too easy why is it all of a sudden a badge of honor like gravity pls most hackers are too scared to do anything
I ran into a hacker once...guy invaded me and kept chasing me around...so I led him to a nice spot as he wanted to follow me so much and Sparta kicked him off the edge..
+XToverdrive I can already tell three things about you: 1. You cheat at this game, and suck at it like the hackers Oro fought. 2. You've never been laid seeing as no one would be anywhere near someone who likes cheating to amuse themselves, its like fulfilling a weird power fantasy to you. 3. You have to cheat to make you feel better about your unfulfilled life seeing as you obviously lack real achievement, even like the minor ones in a video game. (And you tell yourself you don't care and don't listen to others overwhelmingly negative thoughts of you, but deep down you know they're all right) tl;dr stay off the internet and from other players who just wanna play a damn game normally
I wish hacking wasn't so easy/accessible and equally easy to just never suffer any consequences. Establishing trusted moderators/a decent report system would be a huge step in getting rid of this. Cheating in online games is just beyond disgusting and deserves an immense punishment like IP and system banning. Not shitty profile bans where the game just has to be bought again (or even a new account just has to be made). P.S. Hacks aren't PC exclusive, only over 30 fps is.
***** k? Ignorant people are everywhere too, but there are places where there are less ignorant people, just like there are places there are more ignorant people. That's like saying, "not ALL PC players hack.", which is obvious, ya, but so many on PC do compared to literally everywhere else... it's just not nearly as fun on PC. P.S. At least on PS3 and Xbox, the hackers have been banned/accounts shut down. Judging from your own OP, reporting hackers seems to do nothing.
GBMSisthebest No doubt it's more prevalent on PC, I've met 2 hackers on PC versus zero on PS3. I haven't heard about console bans however, could be true.
***** Well noticing how on at least Ps3, its easy to tell if someone is hacking (their PSN account needs to be hacked, so it will be obvious on their account information), getting rid of hackers on there is easy, as it is just checking them, and reporting takes 2 seconds on Xbox, and blocking people work very well also. Brandon literally has said "This guy again?!" about 2-3 times each time he enters a hackers world.
Thus is the legend of Oroboro, slayer of the immortal, hunter of those wielding forbidden magics... all fell before his blade... all died at the edge of his wrath...
Only in the Dark Souls community is blatant, unapologetic hacking so rampant, that you can make an HBO, Game of Thrones length episode of just one guy showing all the *notable* incidents while he was playing online. I'm sure Oro cut some of the less interesting ones out. Jeez, this was before the DLC even came out, wasn't it? Fromsoft's response? Basically nothing.
Idea: Item that checks: - whether health / stamina are beyond allowable values (no infinite health / stamina) - whether it actually does damage to the host (no frozen health) - whether host has infinite casts of anything (no spamming) - whether host has attack ratings beyond hard-coded values (no one-shot daggers) - whether host has stats that don't match his level / build (no stat modding) - whether host has moved between points at more than the allowable move speed (no speed hacks) - whether the checking-weapon, which spawns a 0-damage projectile directly on the host, actually has a hitbox register (no zero-hitbox hosts) - whether the host has any items beyond the allowable value of upgrade, durability, infusion, or attached effect (no item-modifying to crash people's games) If any of these conditions are met, the weapon instantly kills the host or invader (via hard-coded kill command), sets his soul counter to zero, breaks his gear, and awards a "win" to the opponent and a "cheat" to the cheater. If enough are accrued, the cheater is banned. The item could be online-only (placed into inventory by the engine, so no modifications to hurt legit players), and does no damage, stagger, or equipment breakage. It's completely harmless, provided nothing nefarious is going on. It'd be a little bit tricky to work out the values, but it might be worth it to get rid of the cheating members of the community.
+Zero Kelvin correct me if i'm wrong but if the developers are able to program that into the game wouldn't hackers just be able to take some of the restrictions off of it so that they could have a weapon that does it to any random character
Its so weird to think that its been over half a decade since this video, but i remember watching it the day it was posted. Definitely still satisfying to watch, though :D
if your going to utilise cheat engine for an infinite health oneshot character, at least be somewhat good at the game. i mean if i were to do that, i would invade peoples worlds and kill them off constantly.
The hacker, the knave, hath full consciousness of his only weakness; hence they will flee hastily, never following proud knights, lest they be defeat'd by their most pernicious foe: Gravity
The best part about infinite HP is that you can have infinite fun tormenting them! Just run through the level and stunlock them on occasion then make them die to gravity! Works in every Dark Souls game lol.
CateranOverlord And why do they roll to avoid being hit when they're in no danger of being knocked off an edge? Also they sometimes hold their shield up, wtf is that all about?
CateranOverlord They are doing these things because they are childs, they don't know what to do,they cheat and even don't know how to use it. In the video you can see that he cleary acts like a child, just add a low pintch voice of a child and there it is your hacker.
I like how this comment section somehow doesn't remember that this shit existed in DaS 1 - to a bigger extent. This is nothing new. Yes, its sad, but all games have modders.
bryanZ17 I didn't say it "justified" or made it less worse. I just pretty much asked why people are so surprised that this is happening. PC mustard race ermahgerd so gud.
VideoGines At its later months yes. Ive played somewhat 300+ hours of DkS 2 pvp and have run into 0 hackers. 2 save editors. If I went to DkS 1 forest right now, I bet I would find loads instantly. Ofc its just based on personal experience.
I honestly don't see the point in hacking. I mean, great job, you beat the game by taking any actual skill out of the equation and basically turning on easy mode. Good job.
It's making sure invaders realize that invading other players with the sole intent of killing them is a dick move regardless of whether or not the company intends for it to happen.
@@halofornoobs93 It's a staple mechanic of the franchise, including bloodborne. Just play offline. The games not meant for you if you can't handle that. There are plenty of other games some similar to dark souls without the invasions.
@@MyEpicAnime Even if we aren't talking about the malicious intent behind invasions, they are still issues simply because every single game they have put out at launch have had horribly laggy servers. If they want me to take their mechanic seriously then they should have tried harder
@@halofornoobs93 That's such a ignorant way of thinking. Oh the game had issues at launch, maybe if they tried harder I wouldn't be such a scumbag about it. ALSO INVASIONS ARE MEANT TO BE MALICIOUS. Your goal is to kill the host. It's called an invasion.
Oroboro i swear some of your reactions are priceless like when someone parries you and you go "WHAT THE FUCK" and when you finish you go like "ohhhhhhhhh"
Kream Machine Yeah, I feel bad now. Right after I posted that I played DS II. What did I find? Two people whose health healed itself, people who took no damage, and people who must have maxed their health out and beyond, because I was doing only a fraction of their health with what should've been worth atleast 1,000 damage.... And don't forget the lagstabs *Shivers*.
Kream Machine Nah, it's just how kids are these days. They want to feel powerful and in control. If something's too hard, they just choose the easy way. Add those together and you have bullies in schools and cheaters in games. It could be related to psychological issues, but more often that not it's related to the young age of that person and their disability to think through their actions. They just don't care for others, they want to feel good and be the cool kid that can do this and that. And the world promotes such behavior. Thinking is not something they teach you in school sadly, it's something that you slowly learn by yourself when the life hits you in the head with reality. Of course still idiots somehow survive through life and reproduce, but that's another (sad) story for another day... :P
LordDragox412 Point made. All I ever heard at school from my fellow students was "Lel, I 1337 haxor" when the only thing they actually knew how to do was mess around in the computers control panel and mod games the have a step by step process telling you how to mod them. I knew a few legit hackers though, and all of them preferred to keep quiet about the subject. This, however, doesn't mean that it's hard to hack in Dark Souls II. I found a trainer for it and all it took to max out your stats was to have Dark Souls II and the trainer open at the same time. Then spam the 1, 2, 3 etc. keys on your keyboard, each correlating to it's respective stat.
So I don't get it, why do they play the game with infinite health and lag switching and all that unnecessary BS? I just don't understand how that is fun in any way. The best part is they are ALL just playing PvE with the hacks on. How can you be THAT bad that you need cheats for PvE? If you can't win PvE or PvP without cheating then just go play Hello Kitty Island Adventure like you should.
+Vora bat It becomes their business when for example I invade them and the hackers are playing online with hacks enabled. They don't invade, but they are still online, which opens them up for invasion. Would avoid all that if they simply played offline.
Vora bat I believe it is, yes. It's been a while since I've actually played the game because of a computer breakdown. But if memory serves me right I think you can. That, or simply pull the Ethernet cable and log in offline. I SUSPECT these people are doing a no-bonfire/no-death run, the cheapest way possible to get the rings. Which is kinda stupid because you can simply give yourself the items with the same program they use. It's so stupid.
halofornoobs93 So basically what you are saying, is that I get what's coming to me, for invading someone, which is a legitimate and LEGAL action in the game, where that person I invade is using a trainer to give themselves unlimited health/stamina or whatnot, who has not bothered to disconnect from the game, while they are in fact using an ILLEGAL function from a 3rd party program while ONLINE? Wow thank you for clarifying that up.
You know, this gave me an idea, what if hackers used their "abilities" to cosplay. For instance, they could do an Achillies cosplay where they could only be damaged at the heel and the opponent could either do the usual way of killing them or find away to hit that sweet spot, and if they get it once Achillies falls and maybe drops some loot too, I don't know it just sounded pretty cool to me (sorry if i spelled Achillies wrong bye the way)
Imagine being so subpar at Dark Souls that you must give yourself infinite health and stamina, and still being afraid to try and fight a very much killable invader. Doesn’t matter if you just “want to play the game” and not want to deal with invaders, hacking plain and simply makes you look like a clown AND the entire circus.
I do miss dark souls 2 such a shame this game died out... the PvP and PvE was great. Good memories of this game. I hope Elden ring will have some of ds2's mechs that would be cool
@@LordWaggy maybe your SM was too high/you play on a less popular system/you invaded at a less popular time or something like that. For me on PS4 I get invasions somewhat often. I do have characters at pretty much every SM but still. Also the arena is a battle ground 24/7
@@_doop8257 then sir I will say your lucky as I tried different sm's and the arena's and it was an endless wait. Even the iron bridge was completely dead... and yes this was on the ps4 system. I even ran through the game again 🤣
Love it when people come to DKS2 videos just to hate on the game, when they can go back to DKS1 without complaining like a bunch of whiny idiots Man, i miss the old community
"...complaining like a bunch whiny idiots..." Yes, because how dare we point out what's wrong with the game in hope that FromSoft actually listens and do something about it. Man, I miss when people actually had a brain and were not fanboys
bryanZ17 I am totally ok with people pointing out what's wrong with the game cause it's not perfect by any means But neither was Dark Souls 1, you have to admit that the souls community got worse tho Dark Souls 1 is still my all time favorite game, but that didn't stop me from enjoying Dark Souls 2 Dark souls 2 may not be perfect, but it's definitely not as terrible as some people say
People will complain, that is human nature. No one is ever satisfied. Though the game needs adjustments, doesn't mean that it is horrible. Also, it is the old community that are complaining, though the reason is because of the sheep that have come making bullshit build after bullshit build. Though that doesn't bother me because they all get bodied anyway due to sucking at the game. Which is probably why they need the build to begin with. The point of this long comment, is that people will complain and people will exploit things. You have to still find a way to have fun and if you can't then just stop playing the game, because isn't that what we are playing for?
The reason hackers are afraid of people who can actually play videogames in general without their security blanket (the one soaked in snot and baby powder), is because they are so astoundingly bad at this game that they know that even with infinite health, infinite stamina and other hacks, they still know that they can be killed by someone who can actually play the game. In short, hackers have less balls than my 3 year old baby sister and can play games about as well as a seal with no limbs and a cloth over its eyes. although the seal would win 2/3 games against them.
Omot1122 . I agree :3 Edit: But if I bother to hack the game, then id still 'fight' people who may or may not know how to use gravity instead of hide in a box.
I did see a guy with a modded dagger. He modified the damage model of the dagger to do like a million damage so he just one shotted me in my Havel combo armor.
ilikemusic5440 NAH Havel armor wearers are lame. Though his comment was completely out of line. Don't be scared to get hit man it's going to happen. No matter how good you are.
Sgt Papertowels No, I don't use Havel. Unless I'm doing PvE but that's only sometimes. Its just that when people whine about something in a game it makes me wonder "Why do you play it then"
Sean Butterfield I used the gloves and leggings. I said havel combo armor because I didn't want to list the specific armor pieces because it would take too long. Havel's armor has the highest Defense and poise in the game. I use pieces of them at times for the defense because I use very light armor usually. If you're going to be a hater like the other guy then you should go bitch about your problems to someone who gives a rat's ass.
the funny about hackers they don't know how to roll because they never needed to. also half of them are kids that cry that the game is to hard and want to show there 2 bill souls to there friends
That's what I was thinking. I mean, when I got to ng+ I felt op just being a high level. I couldn't imagine hacking the game being fun because there is no challenge then....
trent norris correct it is just a game but the game can't really be enjoyed when you just hack and make it trivial :/ To be honest it removes the reason to play the game and ruins the experience for other people who paid for the enjoyment. It's just bad
I hate the "it's just a game excuse" because the fact is, if you are cheating in an online game, you are a loser. That is that. If you care to argue against that then you are wrong, because that is what a cheater is, a loser. How can you enjoy a game where everyone around you is cheating?
scaling issues most weps do more damage infused and buffed then quality even ones with s rank scaling. the fact the havels+numbness+gmb+so=fucking near invincibility try it out its ridiculous and once you add parry spam+mundane dagger or mastodon+helix its not just unfair its impossible. soul memory so no meta can be determined and the point of "builds" in pvp become irrelevant. the pve is great and when you run into someone near your sl or at the very least you can manage to kill who isn't using some broken strats like above its fun and rewarding but it happens to much once your in the top sm bracket. its not bad and even the pvp is great fun but its just flawed in so many ways and dsk has a big pvp community but i have faith it'll get better...hopefully.
mnjkmnjk123 I agree that scaling is slightly off, but not that bad and hopefully would be patched. However, it actually helped to create some diverse builds, since people are not so tied to specific weapons for scaling like in first DS. havels+numbness+gmb+so=fucking near invincibility is really annoying as well as Soul Memory Still does not make DS 2 a terrible game tho
Bob Smith No. You can meet hacker in any game so it is not a factor. Also I've been playing DS 2 for quite some time (140 hours to be exact) and did not met a single hacker. However, i think that they need to make punishment for cheating more severe
FonzoUA Your kidding me right? Yes you can meet a hacker in any game, but ive played more than 1000+hours ive played muti-player games (Info taken from my steam acount) I have never met a hacker once.(At least somewhat obvious ones like in this video) and yet somehow i can play an hour of dark souls and meet at least 1 hacker. Also dude, just so you know i have probally 250+ hours just PvP(Did'nt like the pve and used a mule to make builds fast) Now I havent played or bought DKS2(Because of shit like this) but the fact that they still havent found a way to make it so i can just have fun and play PvP for one session of playing then some shit is wrong with this game.
9:37 I don't mean to be rude but I don't believe he had infinite poise, if that's even something you can do with those cheats. Plus at 9:05 you stagger him with your katana, and earlier on with Great Resonant Soul. Again not starting anything, just pointing something out.
***** Ohh I see. So it's like the increased poise is based off of momentum of the weapon being swung, or like the weight or something? I didn't know stats like that were in the game. It's really cool how in depth From Software goes with things like combat
''selling your soul?'' that's a bit excessive don't you think? Specially considering not everyone owns a console or wants to really. And yes they were worth it because you cant blame a game for its players i think, consoles also have hackers. The problem are not really the hackers but the game itself, even if you take out the hackers, its not an enjoyable game for many reasons, that's just my opinion though. And please don't compare PC to consoles, they are different things, at different levels.
tompc17 A less enjoyable game doesn't make it a reason to hack. Like you said, you can't blame the game for its players. Really it's just the players...
If you don't have PS3 or Xbox360, it is. (: Seriously, I will not buy a console for this fucked up game. (Even though it's Dork Souls, which is the best thing ever)
Hosts have a number of solutions against invaders. Two notably are: 1) Boss Fog 2) Disconnecting Then there's people who opt out to 1) Search for hacks 2) Download the hacks 3) Learn how to use them 4) See an invasion 5) Become a baby 6) Alt-tab and select hacks 7) Activate hacks 8) Play a waiting game for 10 minutes to avoid gravity 9) Deny hacking Classic example of going overboard. Why do people try to kill invaders with hacks? Why not disconnect or go through the boss fog? Because avoiding the fight is not an option for someone who's constantly reminded of how bad he is. He needs to step on others to feel good about himself. In retrospect, hackers are just as malicious as invaders, but a 100 times more pathetic.
***** Disconnecting is less pathetic than hacking. Avoiding the fight isn't the same as activating hacks as a self-defense mechanism to protect what little self-esteem one might have. Trying to win every fight within a shelter of cheats and never admitting losses is the biggest pussy move you can make.
Awesome skills, as always, man. One unrequested tip, if I may: use a limiter on your audio track, when editing your videos. The constant changes in the volume of your voice make me turn the volume up and down, constantly! Cheers
Casuls, can't git gud and rely on hacks for sure, they rage when they don't win at anything in life so they have to make themselves feel better by being invincible in Darksouls. *spit* filthy peasants
You see I used to use a trainer in DS2 for fun, but I turned it off when people invaded to have a fair fight. Would you people still consider me to be scumbaggy?
No, i think caring what people do in single player games is dumb. Idk how anybody can even be "kind of" bothered by that. You dont need everyones validation here, do what you want in single player. It affects no one.
If you're simply trying to collect souls and stuff to try out a new build, then no one can ever have a problem with you. You still have a soul memory after all. Or if you're trying to find out new places. I don't recommend cheating if you haven't finished the game though. You'll have no fun from it. Anyway, your reasoning really doesn't matter, if you're just doing it on Single Player, there is nothing to judge. You can do whatever the fuck you want on Single Player, that world is "your world" after all. You can only be judged if you're such a loser and you resort to cheating when having online battles.
That 12 minute kill was deadly. Really shows how pros can still trounce hackscrubs with the right know how and skill. Would have never thought to roll into the wall for the dodge and to set up your first swing to further push him off the stairs.
I agree that From should have had measures to prevent this in the first place, dont get me wrong, but steam has in the past shown its willingness to crack down on people using hacks etc online. They dont HAVE to, but it would be nice if they didnt do sweet F all :p
I love Dark Souls 2! I think it's a phenomenal game. Sure Hackers are bad and all but I don't give a shit do I? I know it could come off like me sounding like a dick or trying to be a PeaceMaker or something like that but seriously, there has only been ONE FUCKING Regulation/Patch so far! Another one is on the way on the 18th so calm your asses. Didn't Peeve say "A completely patched Dark Souls would appear better than an unpatched Dark Souls 2."? Dark Souls 2 isn't completely patched yet, so like I said, fuckin chill WINKY FACE!!! Oh and by the way, I like the vid Oro!
I am so glad to see a comment like yours because I'm also a fan of Dark Souls 2 personally I enjoyed demon's souls and dark souls 2 over dark souls. Demon's souls introduced me to this type of gameplay and then dark soul's 2 made it feel like a fresh new start. Just my opinion.
Highorion That's literally every game ever. Or atleast games since the internet has become easily accessible via the console. And the only reason not beforehand was because of the aforementioned reason. DLC on the other hand, especially when they announce 3 of the fucking things like 3 months after the game was released, rustles my jamboes.
47 minutes of just straight up, blatant hacking... man what a time to play dark souls that was. And bleed was useless unlike DkS1 so you had to push them off a cliff
Infinite health+stamina, speed hack, and a lagswitch. What's even the point of playing? Why don't you just write "You win" on a piece of paper and stare at it for a couple hours is an unearned sense of victory is so important to you?
It's a pathetic combination of extreme insecurity, frail egos and power fantasies. They just can't stand the thought of losing to another person.
brightsuperstition Holy fuck, that is the saddest thing I've ever heard in my entire life... If I was like that I would probably just kill myself XD!
***** Perhaps, heheheh...
it's because they think they are le trolemasters and make people mad by killing them ( some do actually get mad, so it works)
Scawking i wonder how they feel when they lose even though they hack
"He has no hitbox" that's the definition of a perfect boss for miyazaki
Man, Can you imagine how humiliating it is to hack yourself into invincibility and STILL lose.
You know fine well those mother fuckers hit their keyboards
"HES HEALING??!" HE HAS INFINITE HEALTH!
Invincibility, infinite spells, unlimited Stamina, speed hacks, and every other method of scumbag hacks you could need.
Still hides and attempts to banish phantoms. What even.
These fucking dickheads who are new to Souls and hack are too fucking bad. Git Gud
dude, and falling of a cliff. those people are brain-fucking-dead.
Arkiuz Clyne
it goes to show that most people who hack lack understanding of the game's rules.
He wouldn't hack if he didn't.
Dumbest thing to me is when fighting an invader who has no health bar which he's invincible obviously, and then when I hit her a few times she runs to heal when she has infinite health.
TheColdSpartan Ik im late but that happen to me and I told him but he said his health was glitching so her health probably glitch too
"Why are hackers afraid of me". Because you fucking kill them regardless of their invincibility. And one who kills the immortals is to be feared.
ZirconX This comment is amazing XD
frikin kratos of dark souls
Great resonant soul in the face, not a single point of damage.
"I dont cheat"
I love it.
Holy shit, he was legit threatened while having a god damn lag switch, infinite health and infinite stamina
I know omg xD
I guess if I was that fucking godawful at this game I'd probably resort to hacking too lmao

I love how people are defending the hackers. Oro was using in-game mechanics, and invading like the developers intended. They can just go offline if they don't want to be invaded? Why should WE cater THEM. How about the multiplayer experience? Screw them, play offline if you can't handle the game.
agreed.
Because we want to play with our family and friends without interference :T
I like to summon when I'm lazy to fight a boss
I don't want to be rude, but your grammar skills indicate you're young and probably don't know any better.
got to admit, you got some skill bro. Taking hackers down like that is impressive as hell.
I love all these people in the comments like, "Well, you are the one invading them, so the hacking is justified."
No.
Amen. I would hack only in single player (offline mode) to test builds.
Asura R-R But that's in the game and so that's not bad because well it's not an outsource piece of software or modification that alters anything.
Asura R-R oh I see. Sorry.

This is getting out of hand...
Hm, do you or ENB have any connections to From still? Maybe they just aren't aware of how common hacking is at the moment.
Incorrect assumption. They treated DKS1 Hackers.
yea out of hand...
***** Agreed.
you say that like it hasnt ALREADY gotten out of hand :P
I always like these dudes who make excuses about how "the poor guy just wants to beat the game, he doesnt want to do forced pvp!".
Then why is it they're all chasing the invader around? If the guy's invincible and has infinite stamina, he can just sprint to the boss. Or alt f4. But nope, he feels like he's the hunter now.
Or just play offline
+apa123APA they die of invaders > get pissed because they are noobs invaded by people like orro > hack the game to take revenge on invaders, personally i dont see the fun in hacking the game PvE or PvP but can understand WHY they do it
this is dark souls you gonna be invaded and gonna get reckt until git gut
Souna meh i could argue that since its kinda bs that players like orro invade total noobs since his soul level should be 320312301231203123 and noobs like 50k but for some reason its not... doesnt condone for their hacking but you could say "you cant kill me noob mad cuz bad" from the hackers perspective... except the people that got severely rekt by orro while CE was on
+apa123APA Not to mention: what's the point of beating the game if you're going to hack anyway?
I dont understand hackers, why use heavy armor and a shield when you cant fucking die.
+Igor Samzodoff I know, right? If I were a hacker, I would go naked and dual wielding plank shields. Just for funsies.
+Bob Woggle dual wielding plank shields? go on pure fists, it's more badass!
MixedSnowFoxPlays Nah man. Catalyst in one hand chime in the other, 0 attunement, int, and faith
People are truly that bad at the game, THAT BAD!
Poise?
I love that everyone is justifying the hackers by saying, "Oh well you're using a cheap build." That isn't even close to comparison. Oro is using items in the game that literally any one else can use and anyone else can avoid or beat. Hackers are using things outside the game to give themselves infinite health/stamina/speed/poise, you name it.
"Oh well, they just don't want to be invaded" Then play offline, if you can't handle getting your ass kicked every now and then, you are playing the wrong game. I've been invaded plenty of times when I'm just trying to clear an area. Yeah its annoying, but I don't immediately think "oh boy, I wish I could just hack and cheat to win!"
Oro could be using just a ladle, buck ass naked, with no spells. And people would still bitch about his build.
sol Deus exactly . Items that are also easily dodged.
What if there was a hack that prevents hackers from hacking?
***** lol ikr
+Neopup Khajiitsters it would crash everything because it is a hack and it tries hacking you
Hackception
+Neopup Khajiitsters but then hackers would create a hack which would disable your hack that prevents them from hacking! (and so on in an infinite loop)
Arty23 it should exist because that would be funny. Watching two haxers hax to the death lol...
Killed my first hacker today Obobobo. Scrub had infinite crystal soul spears, soul geysers, stamina/poise/health, tricked him into jumping off the edge near throne of want.
Oro: "Why are hackers scared of me?"
Me: "Because you aren't seven. Kappa"
They're scared because they don't want to lose their 'hard earned' souls m8
Harvey Vazquez
oh yeah forgot about that
+JohnthegamerHD it's okay
Harvey Vazquez
Dud them hard earned suls
Yeah
I don't get it. If your skills are subpar, then practice and train until you get better. Why play a game that's all about perseverance and overcoming difficulties, and then hack so you negate all the challenges thrown at you?
+Mugen i dont get it at all either i could never have fun cheating like what is fun about pressing the"automatic-win" button you dont even get to experience the actual game
+Mugen This people are simply made of shit. You can wash away shit by using gravity. But you cant free them from shit cuz they want to be shit.
+Mugen Because they are weak and more importantly, lazy.
+skulll800 That is one of the most skrub thing i have heard in my life. You have a disease it's called being a scrub the only cure is "git gud" And if you are a hacker you don't deserve to play dark souls
TheHaHaNinja And since when do YOU have the rights to decide whos worthy playing DS 2 and whos not?
People are actually defending these cheaters? Wow.
Probably the cheaters themselves, they have no shame so need to defend themselves XD
Dude you just answered to 7 years old comment
Hacker has immortality and infinite stamina
"OH NO A BRIDGE IM FUCKED"
I'm so baffled at how they hide. How can you be so afraid of someone when you have infinite health and stamina? They all MUST be 7 years old or something
B. Henry Because they are smarter than to follow someone who is trying to bait them.
Benevolent Undead They are hacking. They obviously aren't THAT smart.
4tahlulz4 is just people that can't handle loose in a video game....you know, like the annoying cousin saying half bullshit cause you are better than him in a game an as soon as they won, they bla bla bla all the way how the owned you.
4tahlulz4 no but smart enough to know bait when they see one.
+Benevolent Undead or they could just fight the damn invader and win easily john V is exactly right its ppl that get sooo upset when they lose at a video game they already have all the advantage in the world but they are scared to walk by a ledge do they know they can push oro off the ledge too?
Hacker Death's and defeat's (also re-watching this I noticed that there are recurring hackers, cool game...)

Total of 17 hackers in this video. 5 kills and 10 deaths
from oro, with zero skillz with all the hackers combined.
My favorite souls game btv
This is why I avoid these games on PC, and is the reason why console is the master race for gaming, true we don't have mods or amazing next gen graphics but our chances of getting a hacker is one out of a million!
The best would be, if hackers could only fight hackers.
Man, THAT would be a show.
THAT IS A AMAZING IDEA no joke
Harvey Vazquez i can already see their frustrations "WHY ARE YOU HACKING?!"..."YOU ARE HACKING TOO DIPSHIT!!"..."THIS IS MY GAME FUCK OFF". i'd pay to watch that.
Lol
This sort of is a thing already, earlier in ds2's life From would "softban" hackers so that they could only play with other hackers. The unfortunate thing about that is that they were a bit too strict with the softbans, and having anything remotely suspicious on a character could get you stuck playing with actual hackers forever :/
AkairoRyuu titan fall did thatm
I love how bad those hackers are. when falling of a cliff is the only thing they cannot withstand
I always come back to this video every once and awhile. The slow and gradual fall of Oro's sanity throughout the vid just kills me every time 😂
thanks to the gravity, unless they will rot inside the lava for eternity
The fact that reporting them on steam does nothing is the worst thing...
The reporting is really only for VAC and community things
***** And hopefully VAC bans them from accessing Online mode ever again.
And that their in game name isn't what their account name is. So if you meet three players at once...
Remember that VAC bans in waves, not on a case by case basis.
I hope you all know guys, that VAC is currently disabled in Dark Souls 2.
Immortals being afraid of mortals? That's because you are like the Van Hellsing of Dark Souls.
Still one of my favorite episodes. Thanks Oro, you're hilarious!
He's healing ? HE HAS INFINITE HEALTH ?!
Haha i laughed that hard about this :'D
wow u can even defeat the hackers, respect
Lol been doing that since dark souls 1
***** yes but you need real skill to do that, cause they have a huge advantage above you
*****
Yeah. i only killed like 3 hackers at the burg.
***** "u can even defeat the hackers"
its too easy
why is it all of a sudden a badge of honor
like
gravity pls
most hackers are too scared to do anything
I ran into a hacker once...guy invaded me and kept chasing me around...so I led him to a nice spot as he wanted to follow me so much and Sparta kicked him off the edge..
They are already a loser for cheating, but they are double so a loser for cheating AND losing to a normal player.
But... Oro isn't a normal player... He kills immortals... He has ascended past CHIM (TES reference)... he is...
Solaire's Father...
+XToverdrive
I can already tell three things about you:
(And you tell yourself you don't care and don't listen to others overwhelmingly negative thoughts of you, but deep down you know they're all right)
tl;dr stay off the internet and from other players who just wanna play a damn game normally
XToverdrive you're probably a looser in real life 😂
Does Oroboro not also have a playlist of him fighting gankers in dark souls 2? I cant find one but I know he had a few in dark souls 1.
+TacSav253 A lot of my arsenal videos feature many gank spanks!
oro actually replied
Blase Jr. I was humbled speechless
TacSav253 You are so lucky HE replied
I wish hacking wasn't so easy/accessible and equally easy to just never suffer any consequences. Establishing trusted moderators/a decent report system would be a huge step in getting rid of this. Cheating in online games is just beyond disgusting and deserves an immense punishment like IP and system banning. Not shitty profile bans where the game just has to be bought again (or even a new account just has to be made).
P.S. Hacks aren't PC exclusive, only over 30 fps is.
That doesn't change the fact that I see hacking on PC more than I do on PS3, even though I've played on PS3 more.
GBMSisthebest It's still everywhere.
+Joseph LaPonsie Cower in fear of the mighty stunlock combo
+Joseph LaPonsie Yeah, except for the ones who pounded his prostate.
These videos from oro were top notch back then, always fun to revisit them.
Where is the kick when you need it?
marcleach75 Gravity usage returning to normal in Dark Souls 3 :D
+Nervnicht No.
+Nervnicht no kick, but you have a long ass elbow swipe
+harith azmi top kek
Idea: Item that checks:
- whether health / stamina are beyond allowable values (no infinite health / stamina)
- whether it actually does damage to the host (no frozen health)
- whether host has infinite casts of anything (no spamming)
- whether host has attack ratings beyond hard-coded values (no one-shot daggers)
- whether host has stats that don't match his level / build (no stat modding)
- whether host has moved between points at more than the allowable move speed (no speed hacks)
- whether the checking-weapon, which spawns a 0-damage projectile directly on the host, actually has a hitbox register (no zero-hitbox hosts)
- whether the host has any items beyond the allowable value of upgrade, durability, infusion, or attached effect (no item-modifying to crash people's games)
If any of these conditions are met, the weapon instantly kills the host or invader (via hard-coded kill command), sets his soul counter to zero, breaks his gear, and awards a "win" to the opponent and a "cheat" to the cheater.
***** Well, same principle. Just need a list of the common tricks.
+Zero Kelvin From Software, hire this man.
+Zero Kelvin this is a really good idea Zero
+Zero Kelvin correct me if i'm wrong but if the developers are able to program that into the game wouldn't hackers just be able to take some of the restrictions off of it so that they could have a weapon that does it to any random character
+Ciela l Tamimari if hackers can't modify your character how did one of them make oro poop prism stones in "Santa and pals"
Not going to lie, I laughed my ass off on the speedhack.
Its so weird to think that its been over half a decade since this video, but i remember watching it the day it was posted. Definitely still satisfying to watch, though :D
Thanks Oro. I was considering getting back into Dark Souls 2 but this video proved to me why I don't touch that filth.
Oh please.
Please
Please
Are you a plumber? 'Cause you're good at dealing with these little shits.
the first hacker was the worst hacker....HE HAD TO USE LAG SWITCH BECAUSE YOURS SKILLS WERE TO MUCH
if your going to utilise cheat engine for an infinite health oneshot character, at least be somewhat good at the game. i mean if i were to do that, i would invade peoples worlds and kill them off constantly.
watching this in 2018 and I'm betting that all of them are malcolm in disguise
He keeps hackin' and whackin' and smackin'! He just hacks, whacks, choppin' that meat!
The hacker, the knave, hath full consciousness of his only weakness; hence they will flee hastily, never following proud knights, lest they be defeat'd by their most pernicious foe: Gravity

21:29 I love how he came out to fight you, took one hit, then ran straight back to his little hiding spot lol
The Black Crystal was legit though shits fucked man.
_40_ _minutes_ _to_ _go._
I never understood that. Why do hackers in dark souls heal or even using buffs.. I mean you're pretty much god mode anyway.
CateranOverlord And why do they roll to avoid being hit when they're in no danger of being knocked off an edge? Also they sometimes hold their shield up, wtf is that all about?
Yeah the blocking part makes the least sense, why protect yourself when your already "protected" and in no threat of anything. It's very redundant..
CateranOverlord They are doing these things because they are childs, they don't know what to do,they cheat and even don't know how to use it.
In the video you can see that he cleary acts like a child, just add a low pintch voice of a child and there it is your hacker.
Which is usually what explains their piss poor skills at timing.
I'd like to see what happens when two hackers meet together.
+KAMIKAZEKITTIES i've seen it, it's literally battle of who fucks up and knocks the other over the cliff
should have shown all the hackers names. That way they could have been reported.
Fromsoft don't care, and have never cared...
Has infinite health - uses a greatshield to block damage.
Noice
I like how this comment section somehow doesn't remember that this shit existed in DaS 1 - to a bigger extent. This is nothing new. Yes, its sad, but all games have modders.
xactly. and because the first game used GFWL, reporting did absolutely nothing . kinda like the VAC.
Just because DkS 1 had hackers doesn't make any it less worse that DkS 2 has hackers. Specially since now they can actually do something about it.
DkS1 had hackers to a bigger extent? That's bullshit right there.
bryanZ17 I didn't say it "justified" or made it less worse.
@@halofornoobs93 It's part of the game. If you don't like it then don't play or play offline.
It’s amazing how pathetic some people can be.
Oroboro i swear some of your reactions are priceless like when someone parries you and you go "WHAT THE FUCK" and when you finish you go like "ohhhhhhhhh"
I have seen nothing like that speed hack in my fucking life.
What's the point of playing? I don't get it. These guys are some truly special individuals.
Maybe some people think it's fun, but it's 2Hard4me?
Doge Enrico Dandolo
And what about guys who cheat AND use lag switch? This is definitely some sort of mental disorder, psychological issues..
Kream Machine
Nah, it's just how kids are these days.
+gamer taboo It's because they're a bunch of overeacting kids with no skill or (most important) passion for such games, that's it
+Vora bat It becomes their business when for example I invade them and the hackers are playing online with hacks enabled.
+Questionable Sanity That's what you get for invading. Serves you right.
halofornoobs93 So basically what you are saying, is that I get what's coming to me, for invading someone, which is a legitimate and LEGAL action in the game, where that person I invade is using a trainer to give themselves unlimited health/stamina or whatnot, who has not bothered to disconnect from the game, while they are in fact using an ILLEGAL function from a 3rd party program while ONLINE?
Wow thank you for clarifying that up.
You know, this gave me an idea, what if hackers used their "abilities" to cosplay. For instance, they could do an Achillies cosplay where they could only be damaged at the heel and the opponent could either do the usual way of killing them or find away to hit that sweet spot, and if they get it once Achillies falls and maybe drops some loot too, I don't know it just sounded pretty cool to me (sorry if i spelled Achillies wrong bye the way)
And now hackers just machine-gun spam corrosive urns at me....
i know. i know.
Shouldn't be in their world to kill them. Dick move.
@@halofornoobs93 "dick move" for using a mechanic intended by the devs. Makes perfect sense to me 🤔

Hackers should just wear ring of thorns and just chill till the invader dies.
watermage25 I like that idea :D
Unless you're near gravity
Imagine being so subpar at Dark Souls that you must give yourself infinite health and stamina, and still being afraid to try and fight a very much killable invader.
Doesn’t matter if you just “want to play the game” and not want to deal with invaders, hacking plain and simply makes you look like a clown AND the entire circus.
If you don't want to deal with invaders, you go offline lmao. Nobody should use pvp as an excuse to hack
If your were getting into that many hacker invasions I would've added force to my spells
I do miss dark souls 2 such a shame this game died out... the PvP and PvE was great. Good memories of this game. I hope Elden ring will have some of ds2's mechs that would be cool
Died out? Wdym
@@_doop8257 the last time I played ds2 I could not get any pvp's going... the game was dead
@@_doop8257 maybe I caught it at a bad time? This was over a year ago now but then again that wasnt the first time a tried it and it was just empty 🤣
Love it when people come to DKS2 videos just to hate on the game, when they can go back to DKS1 without complaining like a bunch of whiny idiots
Man, i miss the old community
"...complaining like a bunch whiny idiots..."
Yes, because how dare we point out what's wrong with the game in hope that FromSoft actually listens and do something about it.
Man, I miss when people actually had a brain and were not fanboys
bryanZ17 I am totally ok with people pointing out what's wrong with the game cause it's not perfect by any means
But neither was Dark Souls 1, you have to admit that the souls community got worse tho
Dark Souls 1 is still my all time favorite game, but that didn't stop me from enjoying Dark Souls 2
Dark souls 2 may not be perfect, but it's definitely not as terrible as some people say
I just hate when people comment "This is the worst game of all time" when DKS2 is a good game, it's just not as good as DKS1
Michael Washington You're absolutely right
The reason hackers are afraid of people who can actually play videogames in general without their security blanket (the one soaked in snot and baby powder), is because they are so astoundingly bad at this game that they know that even with infinite health, infinite stamina and other hacks, they still know that they can be killed by someone who can actually play the game.
In short, hackers have less balls than my 3 year old baby sister and can play games about as well as a seal with no limbs and a cloth over its eyes. although the seal would win 2/3 games against them.
***** seal souls 2 claims yet another victim.
Lol not really
Hacking is just a fun way to make people mad
Omot1122 . I agree :3
Edit: But if I bother to hack the game, then id still 'fight' people who may or may not know how to use gravity instead of hide in a box.
***** They feel like they are freaking Anonymous when in reality the program does all the work.
BitterBlackGaming Nah dude its just to make you mad.
Good thing we have all those coders to help us.
I like to imagine all these invasions are back-to-back and its slowly driving oroboro hollow
I love how you still got some of them lol
I did see a guy with a modded dagger. He modified the damage model of the dagger to do like a million damage so he just one shotted me in my Havel combo armor.
Horrorfreak106 I don't think this casul even knows anything about Dark Souls bro.
ilikemusic5440
NAH Havel armor wearers are lame.
Sgt Papertowels lol. im a hater??? Thats hilarious. Stupid casul. Get gud m8. Do you even praise the sun bro?
the funny about hackers they don't know how to roll because they never needed to. also half of them are kids that cry that the game is to hard and want to show there 2 bill souls to there friends
if i was a hacker i wouldnt cry if i lost i would be like "gg you got me ;) "
Kids ain't smart enough to hack. These are just assholes.
+Kakapo script kiddies
nickcrazyman Git Gud kiddos
hey, I ain't no hacker just because of my age
These players are actually invulnerable, not invincible.
Both words apply.
What do hackers get out of games? What pitiful and immature people.
That's what I was thinking. I mean, when I got to ng+ I felt op just being a high level. I couldn't imagine hacking the game being fun because there is no challenge then....
MindinViolet lol u seem to be the immature one it's just a game after all u also seem pitiful
+trent norris you must be one of those hacking scrubs who needs to cheat in order to beat a video game, it is you, who is pitiful lmao.
trent norris correct it is just a game but the game can't really be enjoyed when you just hack and make it trivial :/
To be honest it removes the reason to play the game and ruins the experience for other people who paid for the enjoyment. It's just bad
I hate the "it's just a game excuse" because the fact is, if you are cheating in an online game, you are a loser. That is that. If you care to argue against that then you are wrong, because that is what a cheater is, a loser. How can you enjoy a game where everyone around you is cheating?
One of those people who keeps writing how bad Dark Souls 2 is - can you please list me couple constructive reasons WHY the game is bad?
scaling issues most weps do more damage infused and buffed then quality even ones with s rank scaling. the fact the havels+numbness+gmb+so=fucking near invincibility try it out its ridiculous and once you add parry spam+mundane dagger or mastodon+helix its not just unfair its impossible. soul memory so no meta can be determined and the point of "builds" in pvp become irrelevant.
the pve is great and when you run into someone near your sl or at the very least you can manage to kill who isn't using some broken strats like above its fun and rewarding but it happens to much once your in the top sm bracket. its not bad and even the pvp is great fun but its just flawed in so many ways and dsk has a big pvp community but i have faith it'll get better...hopefully.
Is this video not an example of why Dark souls 2 is "bad" ?
mnjkmnjk123
I agree that scaling is slightly off, but not that bad and hopefully would be patched. However, it actually helped to create some diverse builds, since people are not so tied to specific weapons for scaling like in first DS.
havels+numbness+gmb+so=fucking near invincibility is really annoying as well as Soul Memory
Still does not make DS 2 a terrible game tho
Also dude, just so you know i have probally 250+ hours just PvP(Did'nt like the pve and used a mule to make builds fast) Now I havent played or bought DKS2(Because of shit like this) but the fact that they still havent found a way to make it so i can just have fun and play PvP for one session of playing then some shit is wrong with this game.
bloody hell you actually made a video
i'm sorry i'm fat and slow
***** Fatty ahead
***** The outside world is scury!!

Love how this old gem just popped up in my recommended.
9:37 I don't mean to be rude but I don't believe he had infinite poise, if that's even something you can do with those cheats. Plus at 9:05 you stagger him with your katana, and earlier on with Great Resonant Soul. Again not starting anything, just pointing something out.
Seiga Sakeimoto I learned after this video that it was a hidden mechanic that gives you extra poise when you swing certain weapons.
***** Ohh I see. So it's like the increased poise is based off of momentum of the weapon being swung, or like the weight or something? I didn't know stats like that were in the game. It's really cool how in depth From Software goes with things like combat
Seiga Sakeimoto hyper armor, it was in all 3 soul games so far (demons, 1 and 2)
PC Mustard race confirmed. Tell me PC players...were the improved graphics and framerate really worth selling your soul?
Idc about that, I just want to play it... (cause I like Nintendo and Dark Souls and don't own other consoles...)
Never had one to begin with for yeah :)
If you don't have PS3 or Xbox360, it is. (:
Seriously, I will not buy a console for this fucked up game.
(Even though it's Dork Souls, which is the best thing ever)
Hosts have a number of solutions against invaders. Two notably are:
1) Boss Fog
2) Disconnecting
Then there's people who opt out to
1) Search for hacks
2) Download the hacks
3) Learn how to use them
4) See an invasion
5) Become a baby
6) Alt-tab and select hacks
7) Activate hacks
8) Play a waiting game for 10 minutes to avoid gravity
9) Deny hacking
Classic example of going overboard.

Hackers are just unskilled guys who doesn't know how to git gud so they have hacks to git gud
Casuls, can't git gud and rely on hacks for sure, they rage when they don't win at anything in life so they have to make themselves feel better by being invincible in Darksouls. *spit* filthy peasants
Candle Snax
they can't git gud even with hacks, it takes like million years and missed hits to kill a common invader.
I was thinking of hacking due to i sucked at PVP in all souls games, but thanks to a guide I learnt and now i'm pretty good.
im a hacker and i dont care. i have all stats maxed out soul memory 45k and infinite reo's. i have a lot of fun. 50% in that game are cheaters. gg
★ Star™ ★ GFY
You see I used to use a trainer in DS2 for fun, but I turned it off when people invaded to have a fair fight. Would you people still consider me to be scumbaggy?
Eh... kinda, but you're not as a scumbag as those hackers in the video.
Not really. I don't care what you do in single player tbh.
You can only be judged if you're such a loser and you resort to cheating when having online battles.
toadarkflare No because when it came to fair fights you said "Fuck it I'm going to be a man and do this fair."
That is a god-send
That 12 minute kill was deadly. Really shows how pros can still trounce hackscrubs with the right know how and skill. Would have never thought to roll into the wall for the dodge and to set up your first swing to further push him off the stairs.
now i'm thinking: why a hacker would use a shield?
Fashion, or so they can pretend to block/parry and be gud.
there is no way to be gud been a hacker XD
Why would anyone in this game use a shield?
22:38 "Whole lotta nope"
DKS2 pvp is a disgrace as it is now. Either Steam/Fromsoft need to get of their arses and do something about hackers/cheaters in general.
Amen to that...
Steam/Valve has nothing to do with it, it's entirely From's fuckup
I agree that From should have had measures to prevent this in the first place, dont get me wrong, but steam has in the past shown its willingness to crack down on people using hacks etc online. They dont HAVE to, but it would be nice if they didnt do sweet F all :p
Squirclebutt I see your point but they only seem to be strict when it comes to their own IP's, when it comes to all else they are as neutral as sweden
You also make a fair point. Lets just hope From gets their act together then for everyones sake, its happened before, fingers crossed etc :p
I love seeing that moment where hackers realize that gravity is after them. They always just run. IE that first invasion.
but dont fukn forgit
buff your hacked sword
The amount of people defending the modders in the comments here disgusts me.
these scrubs are pathetic especially the one of the lag
I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get some shit on this comment so go ahead and throw it all at me if your angry at my comment. ;)
DLC on the other hand, especially when they announce 3 of the fucking things like 3 months after the game was released, rustles my jamboes.
bryanZ17 kinda funny you said that. Guess how many patches DaS 1 had? loads. Does that make it a bad game?
God bless you

47 minutes of just straight up, blatant hacking... man what a time to play dark souls that was. And bleed was useless unlike DkS1 so you had to push them off a cliff
"Why ate hackers afraid of me?"
Because you're the legendary Oro the Hacker Smacker! Cheaters are no match for you and your ultimate weapon, gravity!
