Turns out Hellkite Dragon's fire attack on the bridge didn't kill you because
1) you weren't blocking, which would've given you more chip damage before getting knocked down.
2) you weren't running, which would've made you take counter damage from the fire.

Btw when using a Transient Curse (or no Curse) the ghosts ignore your armour. That's why they hurt so much. If you're actually cursed this doesn't happen.

One thing I’ve always liked about this channel is how it’s actually achievable challenges that I could very well see myself doing for a run (maybe not this one particularly lmao).
I rarely comment but this was a great video, the editing and subtle jokes were neat and the challenge overall commendable. That transition from the giant crow was smooth as heck too

Only thing I would do differently is upgrade and use that black knight shield for the huge stability bonus over using grass shield. Wouldn't work well for a challenge guide like this though because it's random.

If I had any advice, I'd say go for Gwyndolin before the archives. You can buy their crown from Domhall, and it gives you a 10% magic damage boost without the penalty to magic damage absorption the Dusk Crown had. That's basically the only place it matters, but it matters.
