    When this whole COVID-19 stuff started, I went and did this workout at White Rock Lake, and on a whim, thought, I might as well film this! I love this workout, it's efficient, effective, for Muscle sculpting, fat shredding, and conditioning! This is a full body hiit and fat burning workout, that will give you a little muscle pump!
