Wow!~ Mr Organizer! I'm impressed with your little shop and everything in it's place. I wish mine were so neat... Your quick fix was right on too, except beware of marking a valve spindle with vice grips, not good...
I have a 149 version of the same mower. The back wheels are locked up and the mower will not go forward or Backwards. I am told there is a pushdown nut on the back to release it. I can't find it. Do you know anything about this? Thanks.
Chris Whalen Chris..if you haven’t gotten that 149 to move...are you saying it does NOT roll when trying to PUSH it? Or are you saying the machine doesn’t move when you’re trying to DRIVE it with the engine running?
I really appreciate this video. It really help me out on my Cub Cadet 127 with the stuck relief valves. I’m back in business now thank you. 😊
I like your sediment bowl and fuel filter set up. well done.
Old tractors are so nice better then the crap they make today.

Vague.
What was the symptom of the stuck valve? My 2182 goes forward strong but won't back up a slight incline.
That’s normal with hydros. I’d recommend flushing the hydro out with oil.
