    This video introduced me to Case knives and traditional knives in general. Now I own three: one Sodbuster Jr (brown bone 42653) and two single blade barehead trappers (the DLT Trading exclusive models with the clip point blades, one in carbon steel and one in stainless).

      Wow I INTRODUCED you to Case knives? I feel honored! Glad you made some good purchases - those are about the only knives that go up and not down in value in my opinion.

    Currently carrying the Chaves TAK. Open Sea Leather makes my favorite wallet. Enjoying your videos.

      I need to check both of those out, Chaves is making a big name for themselves, can’t wait to check them out at Blade Show Atlanta. Thanks for the comment and thanks for being part of the channel.

    I really like my T&P Prybars (3). I have the Gerber Armbar Slim Drive, Knipex Cobra 4-inch Pliers, and Civvi Elementum, as well.

    • @LandmanEDC

      They’re pretty common EDC items but that means they’re useful! Thanks for your comment.

      @Chad Landman EDC
      With the exception of the few things I carry on my belt ( firearm, Victorinox Swiss Tool X Plus Ratchet multitool, and Victorinox Huntsman pocket knife) , all my EDC is in my vest. I wear a vest all year, so I always have my EDC on my person.
      I carry my Victorinox Huntsman in my right front pocket, it's attached to a Victorinox Knife Chain that is attached to my belt. So even if it falls out of my pocket, I won't lose it.

    Knipex 4" pliers are great. I edc an Olight i3t eos, it's small & light, good enough for warmer months. A Griffin or Kershaw prytool is good. I use a Dango M1 maverick wallet. Casio G shock watches are great.

    • @LandmanEDC

      Full size Glock 19 huh? I carry a 43 in a custom kydex holster. Don’t talk about guns on my channel because I don’t want to get that in depth. I’m going to look up some other stuff on your list for sure, thanks for sharing!

    • @RockMonsterDad
      @RockMonsterDad ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LandmanEDC yes sir carry appendix in a tier 1 concealed holster year round. Glock 43 is a great gun. You seem the type to carry but I figure it would demonetize your videos or perhaps negatively affect you in the algorithm.

    Currently I'm carrying a Victorinox Outrider, very good all-around tool to use, I use it almost everyday. Accompanied by a Led-Lenser K2 mini Flashlight on my Keychain, really handy. And as a watch I use a Casio AE-1500 WH. Great Watch for the money. All in all about 100 bucks, but I think it's really worth it. Shows you don't always have to buy the most expensive stuff you find.
    Great Video.

    Thanks for the great video! Recently picked up the Knipex and really like them. Do you carry this pouch in your pocket everyday or just keep in handy?

    • @LandmanEDC
      @LandmanEDC  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey thanks for your question. I just keep it handy, usually in my bag or backpack while I'm at work and if I go somewhere I'll put it in my car but don't usually carry it in, especially in warmer weather. When I'm wearing a hoodie or a jacket, I can usually get away with carrying one of these with me all the time, but I try to not do that because I know I won't be carrying one of these around in shorts when it gets hot.

    I personally use the Light Fold slim wallet from amazon costs about 20 Bux. I love it because i can fit as many cards as i want and its RFID safe, weighs nothing and there are even different colors. You should give it a look if you still are searching for one.

    The 2 best Casio G-Shocks I've ever used are the GD350 and the GR-7900. Both are built like tanks and don't wear too big. I prefer the GD350 mainly because of the quick timer button it has on the bottom right and the fact it shows the current time while in all the other modes - huge plus IMO.
    With all that said though, I just couldn't keep wearing the GD350 that long until I missed the features the classic and trusty Garmin Instinct 1 provides. It's roughly the same size on the wrist, but I get quite literally everything I would ever need in a digital watch, plus my daily steps and workout metrics. I'm also a moon nerd and love having the current moon phase available always in the small circle complication on the display.
    Full disclosure though - I absolutely HATE the notification features of all smart watches, the Instinct included. I think it's insane to have something vibrate on my wrist throughout the day distracting me all the time. So for the last six months that I've been wearing the Instinct, I've had all notifications turned off completely other than pressure drops which really only happens in the summer months I've noticed when thunderstorms are rolling in.
    Great video! Looking forward to watching more from you in the future!
