The prices in Vallarta have been rising, but they are hardly higher than most areas of the USA and Canada. And when we look at additional costs of owning a property and the future of Mexico vs Canada or the USA, for me personally, Mexico is a clear choice. But of course, everyone has their own views, I just share mine here. Thank you for watching and the comment.
Sorry bro but you don't live in Mexico so you cannot know what is going on right here. If you knew what I hear about the united States you wouldn't be living there any more so the fact you're there means that the horrible news about your country might not be necessarily true or that bad. Nothing has changed in Mexico the good people are still good people and the bad people are still bad people. Our currupt government is still currupt as it's been for the last 70 years . Mexico is as safe as the united states if you are not looking for trouble my 50years of experience living here back me up. Come and visit us you won't regret it
$15,000 pesos is about $778. I realize that this price is cheaper than many cities in California, New York, and Coastal Florida but believe it or not you can find 1 bedrooms in safe small towns in the Midwest for that price. I do realize the weather is much better in PV especially compared to Midwest winters! UGH! Lol
If I believed USA is the future, and me, my business and my family life would be better off there in 10-30 years, for sure, but I bet on Mexico 😉. Thank you for the comment and watching 🙏
Wow $295,000 USD is more expensive than Chicago for a one bedroom. In a small Midwest town you can buy an entire house and maybe an acre of land for that price. But then again the Midwest has crappy winters. I guess I can’t win in life! UGH! lol
Hi Elena, I like your videos I’ve been following you for the last six months question are you a real estate or you know any real estate that can help me or guide me on my process to buy?

Haha Tony, well you answered your own question. Also, no offence but I would NEVER invest in Chicago 😅
@@ElenaNevza I would not invest in chicago either. But Indiana , Wisconsin, Many areas of Michigan are reasonably priced.

@@ElenaNevzaAs someone who actually watches your videos, a regular picture is better. The AI image is weird.
@@Deltron6060 thank you for the feedback! I will definitely keep it in mind :) and thank you for watching.
