Song is The family jewels by Marina
Alice's grandmother, a famous spirit medium and investigator just passed away. Her mom wants to get rid of everything related to her because she doesn't want her daughter to get caught up in anything ghost related, including a necklace Alice got from her that she loves. After an argument Alice sneaks out to the docks to find the jewelry before it gets shipped overseas to get auctioned off. However, she falls down and gets saved by a ghost girl named Robin. A ghost saving a human means they're bonded for life.
