To put it simply if you can’t hold an underhook or if your knee cut across pass sucks you can’t pull this off. Remember, a black belt is a white belt who never quit.
tupingg while this is true. I approached this question as if a beginner asked it. This technique is three techniques all together. Knee cut across pass, side control switch transition and the chair sit back take in that order. White belts and beginners should practice all 3 of those techniques individually before attempting to put it together. Muscle memory is key.
