Hi bro. I've brought some GT decon shampoo so would this BH polish be ok to put on the top of it followed by dodo juice scarlet fever wax,and I'm using your code by the way.
Whats the diffence between cleanser polish and cleanser fluid.Because I can't find cleanser polish on the link you gave in the description and website itself.
So cleanser fluid is used to replace IPA and pannel wipes it's designed to be sprayed over and wiped off to remove any oils and residue left over from polishing , Cleanser polish is a micro abrasive polish with minimal cut that reduces the appearance of scratch's and swirls be removing micro fine ones and filling with its glazing ability , it's a 3in1 so it polishs glazes and protects altho I always advise sticking a layer of protection over the top , thanks for letting me know the links are not working or missing I'll get them updated , hope this helps
No reason it wouldn't but if your cutting and trying to reduce swirls , this probably isn't the one you'd want to use , so really you'd probably be better off with a fine foam pad , and if you want more cut then get a polish or compound
@@TheHairyHouseWife I'm just looking to clean up and buff my 150 out. 3M use to make a great light weight clear coat polish. Beats hand waxing, haven't done that in 30yrs
If your in the UK I would go check out dodo juice lime prime it's a great great fine cut polish cannot rate that enough , Really nice to work with and has amazing results , such a beautiful product and you can get 10% off code Hairy10.
@@gene2200 oh ok, the only other option that I highly rate I know you can get from The Rag company is stjarnagloss SKÄRA that's a really good product too
So it says it will reduce swirling and marring however I don't feel it has enough cut remove them, instead this is more of an all in one so it polishs with micro fine abrasives to remove oxidisation and water marks , then it glazes so it masks and hides some of the scratches and swirls to reduce the appearance , altho marring after claying should be minimal and this wil help to remove it , I used it a fair few times after claying and haven't myself seen any marring from claying left over it also adds a tiny bit of protection, I'd always recommend popping a wax or sealant over this. Hope that helps
@@TheHairyHouseWifeThanks for the reply cheif. I have this product plus a range of compounds but I fancied running this over with a finishing pad on the rotary when the spring comes after a good decon. I could use another cpmpound but just fancied giving this a blast as I like BH products but did not want to waste my time if it did not have enough bite.
Nope no need to ipa because of the nature of cleanser polish so because it has been designed to polish and also fill minor imperfections making the surface look amazing if you used Ipa it would remove those fillers, so yes you can wax over the top, I belive it's been designed to use with double speed..... I used dodo juice wax and get atleast 4 to 5 months before needing to rewax
@@TheHairyHouseWife thanks, mate. One more foolish question. Is the water beading - the only indicator, that wax is still on car, or water behavior no necessarily tells if the protection still there?
@@Art.Sviatnenko so water behavior is the main indicator that there is some sort of protection in the form of beading or sheeting.... If you notice water sticking around on panels and flooding panels and not really running away or beading then there is no protection there, no questions silly ask away mate, it's only way we all learn 😊
@@TheHairyHouseWife yes, i see. I’m askin cause i can’t fully understand nature of bonding between waxes and top sacrifice layers like detail sprays, cause their are masking wax properties and not sure what is dead - quick detailer or an underlying wax)
@@Art.Sviatnenko in my opinion if your using a normal wax like double speed I'd say you get 3 to 6 months protection..... So ideally if you have flawless paintwork you would want to use ipa after polishing but with a product that fills you down altho itt will still bond with one like this but it supposedly won't last as long as if you was to panel wipe how ever I get 5 months easy before rewaxing after applying straight to any filler polishs
Hey buddy, I already have Turtle Wax Hybrid Ceramic Polish & Wax, do they serve the same purpose or would it be worthwhile to use the BH Cleanser Polish first?
Hello sorry for the slow reply .... No you don't Need to use BH Cleanser polish ... Altho it's called a cleanser polisher it's technically and all-in-one and your turtle Wax ceramic polish is the same thing obviously with there own different blends chemicals.... But ultimately they both a very mild abrasive both mask minor swirls and scratch's and have a level of protection to them .... Obviously turtle Wax has a little more protection as it does have Si02 properties..... However both are very fantastic and both are very similar..... So in short just using either one by itself is fine .... Turtle Wax will give you better protection in my eyes and BH gives a better finish ... They can both be over coated with a layer of wax for maximum efficiency.... So it's down to user preference.. Hope This Helped

Absolutely would be fine it's a great polish to prep for wax , however if you don't have it already I would recommend dodo juice lime prime instead .
cheers for that Bro

Nice review. Does this have enough cut if applied by machine to remove marring after claying?

Yeah , I agree this is more of an prewax cleansers in my opinion u would be better of with a fine compound or a designated finishing polish
