***** Thanks for the kind comment. I still have a long ways to go to be as good as I would like. We all have to be our worst critics so that we can keep improving. Thanks for watching!! :)

I have Manga Studio 5.0 too, but not the EX version, and wow!, this is exactly my most favorite eye styles!

Robert, can make a video about. What books you would recommend for beginners people who just starting out. I'm interest in your book-shelf for a reason. I gotta know the people who inspired you.

nazra seyah I will add that idea to the list of videos. I can also give you a quick run down. Todd McFarlane was my big inspiration to draw comics. I picked up Spider-Man number #1 and was amazed by his art. I was 15 years old and I started drawing comics pretty heavily. The books that I swear by are all by Burne Hogarth. ( Another master of the craft. ) Then of course, How to Draw the Marvel Way is a must have and they are available in video form here on TH-cam so that is cool! Some of my favorite artist include : Marc Silverstri, Dale Keown, David Finch, Ed Benes, Jim Lee, and the list goes on. I look at their work and become inspired to do better. Then last but definitely not least Leonardo DaVinci. Studying his work with open your mind up. Not only one of the best artist of all time an inventor and all around amazing individual.
I will be sure to do a video on this and elaborate on these inspirations. So thanks for watching and good luck with your art! :)

What software are you using? Also can you make a video on what stuff you use like software, tablets etc

Jennifer Butler This software is Manga Studio and I use either a Wacom Cintiq 22 or an Intuos 5 tablet. Yes, I will try to do more videos on just the hardware and software as I progress. I do have a few on Manga Studio and Sketchbook Pro already on my channel. Thanks for watching!

I'm thinking of starting of on paper again and then working up until digital. Do you think that would work ? Awesome work by the way
    :)

Shiny koffing Yes, that will work. They really do help one another. My drawings on paper are better since I have learned to draw on the computer. The feeling is pretty much the same after you do it for a while. The mechanics are only part of the creation process. The real thing is training your mind to see and adjust flaws in your work. You can use a box of crayons and over time create something masterful. IMO. Thanks for watching!

I have a hard time depicting emotion with eyes...usually when I draw eyes they all look the same :/ I should practice more I guess...Any idea about some good head drawing books?

They have photo books with hudreds of facial expressions. Get some of those and do 10 minute studies. That really helps me. Good luck and thanks for watching!
