Hi there,Morning/afternoon sir. Great video,Thanks for taking the time to film, edit, produce,& share as some very good tips as well. On the subject of safety equipment,I'm curious do you carry rope or throw rope?
Editing would make it easier lol Can you believe that only took three takes to get it right? yes I do have a throw rope, three even, one is attached to the sled or quad, and one in each shack
@@chuckmasonfishingmichigan I would've thought it was only 1 take. Ok just wondered being you didn't mention it/them. Do you have the clam throw rope in the bag? As just wondered your thought on it. Always have wondered how hard it is to repack in bag once used.
@@chuckmasonfishingmichigan Hi there,Evening sir. Oh ok,As had the thought be like a sleeping bag never seems to/wants to roll up fit in bag like when new lol. Thanks for the reply,Sorry for delayed response.
What’s the disadvantage(s) of using a 10” drill for all ice fishing? Panfish up to walleye? I have a 6” hand drill and recently bought a 10” jiffy propane drill.
Locals on inland lakes usually have a burr about 10" holes, feet going in holes...etc. 8" is a nice all around auger size, unless you know you are on a lake that is going to hold REALLY big pike. Love my 6" for panfish, and for most inland lake walleye you can coax one up the hole. Big water, I definitely want the 10"
@@chuckmasonfishingmichigan makes sense. I always, regardless of hole size, try to fill it back in when I’m done. With snow, ice shavings etc. to help ensure a faster refreeze. Thanks for the reply. Best of luck this fishing season!
Great work chuck. Nice tips. Love it.
appreciate that J
Nice tips friend

Just stuff it in, if you roll it or anything it won't come out properly, it takes a few extra seconds but it works great
